Great hop on and off tour - This is a fantastic way to explore the area. Bus arrived on time and is a great 1 hour tour. We got on snd off most of the day. Very helpful driver who gave us a great recommendation of a place to have lunch overlooking the harbour. It's very reasonable priced as well.

OK if you want something to do!! - Been on another. hop on/off bus previously in Malta which toured the whole island, so tried this one In Benalmedena no where near as good very short tour really but at least you can see some areas. Stayed on the bus for the tour luckily your ticket is valid for 48hrs. So next day we managed to catch the tour bus back from the old village on its twice daily trip!! shame it doesn’t go more often.

Our first and last journey on a Hop-on-hop-off bus - Lack of information as to times of buses meant we couldn't plan ahead. We caught the first bus at 10.30 ish. Many of the 'sights' were easy walking distance from where we stayed and the commentary was not really informative but was at least present on the outward journey. We first got off at the cable car (which was a brilliant experience, well worth the fare) but had no idea how long we'd have to wait for the next bus. We waited about 20 minutes. It took us up towards the hills. By this time there was only music on the commentary and no one quite knew what was going on. We entered what we assumed was Benaldena Pueblo but the bus just kept on going through and out the other side, eventually stopping at the Temple but then the bus turned around and we went back to the village. Along with a lot of other passengers we got off, only to be told by the driver that there wasn't another bus - this was the last one of the day. He did give us a ticket to cover our return journey on the local bus - which incidentally was so crowded that we stood up all the way back as more and more people were allowed on at each stop. We could have done the whole thing by taxi for very little more and no time wasted waiting for the bus. It was our first and definitely last journey on a Hop-on-hop-off bus.

Disappointing - Bit of a disappointment, entry to butterfly park was included in our ticket, (a good offer) but the bus only goes there twice a day & you are given a ticket to catch a local bus back when you are ready, with no other instruction. Driver was unfriendly, gave us the impression he would rather doing anything but driving tourists around in a bus, he didn't tell us about picking up the earphones, when we did realise about the earphones we couldn't hear the commentary as it was so quiet even at full volume.

Boring - We were waiting for about 1 hour for the bus to come. When we were on the bus the driver kept stopping and sitting at stops for about 10 min’s it was very boring

Sporadic bus service - give it a miss - Don’t waste your money on this tour. We waited 40-60 minutes at bus stops for the next bus and there is no information to inform you of the bus timetable. We would have better off and it would have been cheaper to walk, take a taxi and local bus. We wasted time on our holiday waiting for this bus. Very frustrating

Rip off - The driver told us in mid-day that it was the last bus. Gave a voucher for the city bus. Did not get what was expected or paid for. Took Hop on Hop off in Barcelona. It was great.

Charged twice for our tickets - We booked and paid for our tickets via Tripadvisor but ended up paying twice as the driver would only accept cash on the day we travelled. Its false advertising by Tripadvisor. Read the small print.

Terrible service - Terrible service. Downloaded the app. App initially showed correct tour bus arrival time. Waited 20 mins. Bus did not turn up. App then showed arrival time in 108 minutes. What is the use of an app that does not show correct data?
