Great hop on and off tour - This is a fantastic way to explore the area. Bus arrived on time and is a great 1 hour tour. We got on snd off most of the day. Very helpful driver who gave us a great recommendation of a place to have lunch overlooking the harbour. It's very reasonable priced as well.

Poor audio and bus schedule - We waited for over 1 hr before the bus started the tour because of a scheduled break. Once on the bus the sound quality was very poor and we couldn’t hear well enough to understand the audio guide. Ended up taking earphones off completely. Would not recommend this hop on hop off trip.

OK if you want something to do!! - Been on another. hop on/off bus previously in Malta which toured the whole island, so tried this one In Benalmedena no where near as good very short tour really but at least you can see some areas. Stayed on the bus for the tour luckily your ticket is valid for 48hrs. So next day we managed to catch the tour bus back from the old village on its twice daily trip!! shame it doesn’t go more often.

Poor customer service - The bus was parked at the stop with the doors closed. The driver ignored me standing outside and sat on the steps inside out of view. When he finally opened the doors, he shut them behind him, ignored me and went to speak to his friend

Waste of time - The sound system on the Hop on Hop off bus is usless. I couldn't hear any thing . Seats are just plastic of poor quality.

Don’t waste your money - Been on a number of city sightseeing tours in other cities. This has to be one of the worst ones. Barely able to hear the little amount of commentary even with volume at full volume ! Didn’t go to anywhere of interest .. even less enjoyable on a wet day like today

Save your money - Nothing more than a bus ride to the Cable Car and back. And that's it. Very poor unless of course you are intending to take a trip on the cable car

Sporadic bus service - give it a miss - Don’t waste your money on this tour. We waited 40-60 minutes at bus stops for the next bus and there is no information to inform you of the bus timetable. We would have better off and it would have been cheaper to walk, take a taxi and local bus. We wasted time on our holiday waiting for this bus. Very frustrating

Rip off - The driver told us in mid-day that it was the last bus. Gave a voucher for the city bus. Did not get what was expected or paid for. Took Hop on Hop off in Barcelona. It was great.
