Mijas is a beautiful town and was... -
Mijas is a beautiful town and was one of the high points of our trip to Spain. We enjoyed the breathtaking views, the rich history, the people and the delicious food. Out tour guide Silvina was personable, knowledgeable, and she held our interest during the entire tour. Even our teenage children were fascinated with the the rich history and the customs of the town. We definitely would visit Mijas again!!

Donkeys and Horses in Mijas pueblo - If you love animals then don’t visit this. Village. Donkeys and horses are out in the extreme heat all day taking tourists ( many overweight ) around the streets in poor conditions. One poor donkey was photographed collapsed whilst tethered by a short rope in extreme heat The village is beautiful, but is spoilt by this cruelty being allowed
