An amazing tour experience - The bus ride was smooth and enjoyable. The driver & guide were very friendly & insightful, the guide being local & having a sense of humor. The sights were great & we got plenty of time to enjoy Quebec City (3 hours in the center) & there were holiday markets happening that day!! It was cold but the weather cooperated & overall a must see day trip!!

Recommended - As a foreign tourist it is sometimes worrying to choose an online tour in an unknown country, even more so when one reads comments that say they were stood up, however, it gave us peace of mind to know that this agency also has its own place in the city of Montreal, since, with any doubt or clarification, one can go there directly. We followed all the steps we were told, we went in time and form to the established place starting from the place where we waited for the bus. At the premises we were very kindly attended and resolved our doubts. Later the bus arrived for us, it is a clean and comfortable bus. Something that I didn’t like much was the bus driver, because, although I drove very well all the way, I kept repeating every 30 minutes that if we were not on time to get back at each stop, he would leave us abandoned, and that he would not tolerate even a minute of delay, and then he would tell us that taxis were very expensive, that sometimes they didn’t get there and he was only responsible for instilling fear, something that as a foreigner is very worrying to be stranded in a country that you don’t know, so we kept seeing the clock (something very uncomfortable). Moreover, the driver was not strictly a prop in any of his arrivals. Once you arrive in Quebec you will find a beautiful city that is very worth visiting. We got an amazing tour guide, very energetic, friendly and even providing personalized attention. The guide spoke English, French and Spanish, and was in charge of adapting to our requests throughout the tour. I think that just because of the Tour guide and knowing Quebec, it was totally worth the Tour. It is a pity not to be able to stay longer in that beautiful city, but it is impossible to know it complete in 1 day. The tour we chose was a day, and included the visit to Montmorency Waterfall (very nice) and the tour of old Quebec with a nice talk of its history, leaving time to later take photos, quickly visit some places, have a quick snack, and buy souvenirs. Later the bus arrived again for us and left us in different areas in the city of Montreal, while repeating again that it would leave us abandoned if we were not on time. However, we returned safely and well back, and I drive the whole journey well. I can definitely recommend 100% taking a day to travel on this Tour.

Great tour! - I think our driver’s name was Surge? Or sounded something like that. Anyways he was great and very friendly. The tour guide was also very knowledgeable, kind, helpful. Took time to get to know us and where we were from. Gave us a good historical points throughout and then we had time to walk around on our own for about 2.5 hrs. Would recommend!

Beautiful city less than ideal logistics - Visiting Quebec City was truly a memorable experience. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, bringing the history, architecture, and charm of the city to life in a way that made every street and landmark feel vibrant and fascinating. The cobblestone streets, colorful buildings, and stunning views of the St. Lawrence River made it clear why this city is considered one of the jewels of Canada. Walking through Old Quebec felt like stepping back in time, and the guide’s insights made us appreciate every detail even more. That said, the journey to get there was less than ideal. Our round-trip bus from Montreal, each leg about three hours, lacked functioning heat while temperatures hovered around 6°C. Sitting in a cold bus for a combined 6 hours was far from comfortable, and it definitely tested our patience. On top of that, although the tour provided a list of hotels for pick-up, we were surprised on the morning of the tour to learn that they could not pick us up at our hotel due to construction. This meant a brisk 15-minute walk to the designated meeting point, which was inconvenient, especially in the chilly weather. Despite these logistical hiccups, the experience in Quebec City itself made it worthwhile. The beauty, history, and atmosphere of the city, combined with a guide who truly knew the streets and stories inside out, left a lasting impression. If you’re planning a trip, be prepared for the cold on the bus and double-check your pick-up arrangements, but once you arrive, the charm of Quebec City made it worth the bitter cold bus ride.
