Desert Tour from Fes to Marrakech - Very interesting mini-van trip. We were able to deepen the culture and customs of the inhabitants living in the desert and in the Atlas mountains. Excellent accommodation in tents among the sand dunes.
Our driver Mohamed Couscous was very good!
He speaks perfect Italian is super nice!!

Super good experience - Chefchaouen was beautiful and everything was very good during the trip. Our chofer Mohamed CusCus (as he told us to call him) was very nice and available. Thank you so much for the experience!

Amazing experience!!!! - We enjoyed the tour, it is very complete and everything has been better than we expected.
Our driver, Mohammed Cous Cous, has been prudent driving, besides very Pro, he is an exceptional person, he acted as Guide explaining everything.
He has been attentive at all times making our trip comfortable and complete. Close and friendly from the first moment.

Much good but some bad - PThe glamming experience with camel ride at sunset was great. We saw so many different landscapes in the trip. Hamza ( our day drivers) was very good and had a very nice van. Unfortunately Muhammad was to have an English tour but less than 50% spoke English so it became basically a French tour in a van with bad shocks over some tough roads for us with bad backs. Day two was tough. Would recommend 2 day trip over the 3 day.

No luxury here! - We booked the 3 day desert LUXURY tour from Fes to Marrakech. It was anything BUT luxurious.
Let’s start with the positive: the desert camel into the sunset with truly magical and unforgettable.
The tent camp: that’s where the problems started: first we had to complain about our tent which was NOT air conditioned as promised. After the complaint, they moved us to one the had air con. The tent was very nice but the shower had only COLD water which was very unpleasant. Another little detail, there was a Kleenex box with NO Kleenex. However, we had a good night sleep
The food which was served to us, was barely edible. Again, opposite of luxury.
Then we found out that they had no planned activities for the second day at the we would go to Ouezazate the next day. They drove us there. 4 adults and a driver crammed in a very small car. One VERY uncomfortable 6 or 7 ride, again no luxury here.
The hotel we stayed was barely adequate. Again, no luxury here. We had to pay for our dinner. And was nothing to do in this town.
We did complain about the car and after a explosive conversation, we were given a larger car for the remainder of the trip to Marrakech.
After that experience, we will not recommend Viator to anyone.

SAMITRIP IS HORRIBLE!!!! WAS LEFT STRANDED ON THE STREETS!!! DO NOT BOOK - DO NOT BOOK WITH SAMI TRIPS. Avoid this man at all cost!!!!! We tried contacting him the day before the trip and he answered once and rushed us off the phone. We couldn't even ask what time he wanted us there and I called back 20 times with no answer from him. The day of the tour we checked out of our Air Bnb and even though we got no response from him regarding timing we just went with what the website said. We waited two hours with no response and no communication. We called the booking agency and he lied saying "his car was broken down". The booking agency then offered us a next day tour but we had no accommodations for the night and this would interfere with our hotel dates that we booked after our tour. Luckily another company found us and offered to put us on their tour. If it wasn't for them we would've never been able to do the tour. I am so grateful for the new tour company and we ended up having a great trip. Our new tour guide informed us that they are always left cleaning up the mess from samitrip. He is a horrible person to just leave so many travelers stranded and NO ONE SHOULD EVER BOOK WITH HIM EVER!!!!

DO NOT GO WITH THEM - We had a tour book for NY on GetYourGuide, and they cancelled last minute, saying the rain past days has damaged their camp. There hasn't been any rain, many other tour guides confirmed it, and at one point, another guide confirmed that all luxury camps weee fully booked. So they lied to us and overbooked themselves.

Bad experience!!! - We booked a tour from Fez to Marrakech through Tripadvisor. It was quite strange, since no one wrote and no one answered. Well, we thought it would work out so we made our way to the place where we were supposed to be picked up at 7:00. 1 hour passed and we decided to go back to the Hotel Arabella (which I highly recommend). Now we were looking for another number with success. We then reached Sam and he said in English: “We will be there in 5 minutes.” Relieved, we made our way back to the square. Another hour passed.. We talked to all the people on the course who have been picked up from other tours. Sam didn't come!! Two nice gentlemen then called again and told us that Sam left alone without us. We were very angry and disappointed. Nothing like that works!!! Can't recommend anyone. The two nice gentlemen then suggested us another tour, which is the same as the one we booked only with another guide. Without the gentlemen, we would have been very lost.
Please check beforehand if “Sam” answers you.

Bad experience! Never seen anything like it! - We were very happy about this tour from Fez to Marrakech. But unfortunately it seemed strange to me from the moment (one day before the tour) when we were not informed when we would be picked up. The reviews were all good, however, which is why I did not cancel. Then the day of the tour had dawned. Many people from other tours were already picked up and we were still standing there. Just under 2 hours we waited. We approached local people and asked if they could please contact the provider. That's what they did. Then they said he'd be there in five minutes. He never came!!!
After that we thought about what we could do, after all we were looking forward to it and paid a lot of money. Then another provider approached us and organized a new tour for us. Unfortunately not the same and with a bitter taste. Nevertheless, thanks to this provider!
