The Ascent Begins: A Journey to Remember

As a former professional athlete, I’ve always sought the thrill of pushing my limits, and the Kilimanjaro Climbing Adventure via the Lemosho Route with Habari Adventure was no exception. Arriving in Moshi, Tanzania, the anticipation was palpable. The Habari team welcomed us with open arms, and their warmth was infectious. It was my fiancé’s birthday, and the team celebrated with a cake and a chorus of Swahili birthday songs. It was a heartwarming gesture that made the experience even more memorable. The descent to Mweka Gate was filled with laughter and shared stories, a fitting end to an incredible climb.
