Adil and taj - My mum and I went on a tour to Taj Mahal and Agra with the BEST tour guide Vinny. He speaks very good English, is funny, respectful, polite and just an all round great guy! We had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend him to anyone!

One day in Agra - What a fantastic day! I was time poor and only had one day to spend in Agra. We spent a couple of hours at the Taj Mahal and my guide was able to quickly navigate me through the sea of other people, skipping lines where ever possible. His knowledge of the area was impeccable and I learned a lot of the Mughal Empire. We then spent more time at Agra Fort, followed by a visit to the Black Taj Mahal and get a completely different perspective of the Taj Mahal. We also went to a carpet making and a marble shop and managed to squeeze lunch in too!

Great day with Arman. Taj Mahal and Agra Fort - We met Arman at 10:00 after our drive in from Delhi. He was knowledgable and really wanted to share a great day with us. We went to the Taj Mahal, where Arman led us thru all the attractions and was very knowledgable in telling us the history and associated facts.
Afterwards, he took us to the Agra Fort where again he entertained us with his knowledge.
After we had a mix up with our hotel, he stayed with us and made sure we were appropriately situated in the new hotel, well above and beyond our expectations.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Arman for any tour to anyone I know! I would love to use him again on a future trip!

Sunrise is a great time to visit the Taj Mahal - Sunrise is a great choice for seeing the Taj Mahal as you get a bit of time before the really huge crowds arrive.
Vinny the guide was good - he's definitely the guide for you if you're keen for insta stories (I wasn't particularly, but I do like the approximately one million photos I now have). Vinny gave some good info about the Taj's history - I would've liked a little more but that's just a minor quibble. The driver was also very nice, drove safely, and the car was probably the most comfortable I had in India.
We did get taken to a rug shop at the end of the tour (I think a lot of these tours have a 'shopping' element) - we saw how the rugs were made, they seemed nice and I didn't really feel pressured to buy anything, but something to be aware of. Note also I booked this tour through a different site.
