The driver will meet at you at the pre-specified pillar at the specified terminal upon your arrival. The drive from the airport to Agra would take about 3.5 hours. Simply plan to be in Agra between 7 am and 5 pm, the visiting hours of the Taj, and spend at least an hour there. Considering the 3.5-hour drive from Delhi airport to Agra, you just need to coordinate your arrival and departure flights to Delhi accordingly.
