Guided tour of Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island. - Caesar the contact person wasn't our guide Vivianne was & she did a very good job. I'm not sure it was explained exactly & no way to get actual "tickets". A bit confusing. Overall good time.

Great experience , Definitely worth a visit to both the Statue & Island ! - We bought our ticket from the ticket office at battery park, we queued for around 15 minutes to board the ferry as they have a security which you need to go through. Once on board you can get drinks etc if you want, its a short ride to the statue of liberty, you can see New York City behind you, which you can take great pictures of the scenery etc. There is a museum which explains the making & history of liberty which is very interesting. Once your done looking at everything you can then get the ferry to Ellis Island, this is a very interesting place, you go into the building on the right hand side collect a handset which guides you around the building explaining what happened there when the immigrants would arrive. Its very interesting, I found it very informative as I didn't know the history of it. You then get the ferry back to Battery Park. Enjoy!

Just Amazed - It truly was an amazing experience seeing the Statue of Liberty Ellis Island. We go to view the NYC from ferry. Stunning!

The guide only walked us to the ferry line and helped us slip ahead of some lolligaggers. The premium was a total waste - The premium was a waste. Just buy a regular ticket. They added just some logistical tips but otherwise it was the same as the standard tour.

Waste of money by going through Viator - Overpriced!!! The charge for the tour was ridiculous compared to the price you would pay directly through the park. The tour guide was worthless and a waste of time. There’s no need for a tour guide through Battery park and then left to go on the ferry and tour the liberty park on your own. Could have paid the $25 per person than what it cost me Viator. Will never purchase anything through Viator again!

Very bad information - Please when booking and speaking with customer service that you know what you are booking. I spoke with customer service directly and they assured me that my booking included the pedestal and admission to 9/11 museum. Then tour person was very nice but the person who met first I guess through viator, said that it was included till I got to Statue of Liberty when I spoke with the tour guide he told me the truth and there would be walking to the 9/11. Now if I had booked this on my own. This would be my fault and I called the number while I was on the ferry. Told me they g do this all the time. In fact she told me “don’t say this is what they told you and I said yes”. She said they do this all the time
