Highly Recommended! - It was great that the shuttle only cost $10 total to and from the site. The shuttle service was quick and efficient. Visiting Pearl Harbour was a highlight of my vacation. I learned a lot from the two free museums, the 15-minute movie and the information boards on the periphery of the site. I am glad I booked the USS Arizona memorial visit in advance. Unfortunately, the bus tour was sold out when I tried to book it. I could have spent the entire day at this site and will visit it again when I return to Honolulu. I wish I had remembered that bags are not allowed and visitors have to pay $7 for a locker.

The Bus was on time... - The Bus was on time oicking us up and pearl harbor was an experience every one should see, was awesome.

Happy in Honolulu - Found this service online and found it affordable and very reliable. The communication was great and the people we dealt with were extremely pleasant. I would highly recommend them if you don't want to pay for a lot of tours and have better control of your schedule

'AWESOME JOB" - The driver was so nice and informative, He did an awesome job. The Tour at Pearl Harbor was extremely meaningful and a total must see, Highly recommended. Shuttles are clean and well-maintained.

Unfortunately not everything without problems - Unfortunately not everything without problems... Pick up top, punctual, very nice driver. Return journey... As agreed at the scheduled time arrived at the agreed location, what did not come was the shuttle. After more than an hour of waiting several times phone contact with the company, with the result that was claimed we were not there... After much discussion, an Uber was ultimately sent... Wasted time, not really recommended.

Unreliable - Shuttle was booked and confirmed by phone for 6.45am, we waited and waited and after numerous phone calls went unanswered we were finally picked up at 7.45am. We made our allotted time with only minutes to spare when we had planned to be there a hour earlier, too much stress when you are on holidays. Driver for the return was spot on time and whilst not giving an explanation was apologetic for the ‘mix up’.

Unreliable service - Pick up was 10 minutes late in the morning. Given a 4.45 pm pick up time for return trip and advised not to be late as it was the last shuttle. You could not take any shuttle as the advert suggested but had to commit to a time. We arrived early and the shuttle failed to appear. Messaged Viator 15 minutes after the pick up time and shortly after this a cab appeared to pick us up along with another couple who had been kept waiting for an hour in the morning and a girl who was expecting her ride at 2.20, had it rescheduled to 4.45 and then also no shuttle appeared. Seems very unreliable serviice.

Not worth it. Rent a car or take bus - I booked trip online, was booked for wrong excursion. This was caught, but the trip times for return were not flexible and not available online
