Great bargains to be had - If you are looking for a bargain this is where you will find it. Most shops offer 40-70% off and real bargains to be had. Book the trip when you get there as there are plenty of busses or trolleys heading that way. Definitely recommend.

Value for money - Perfect hassle-free travel back-and-fro from the outlets to Waikiki. Friendly staff & service. Reasonably priced as well.

Waikele outlet trip - Our driver was extremely courteous. Even though he was 20 mins late in picking us up from the hotel, he still us plenty of time in the end to shop because we were able to catch the later shuttle back to the hotel. Great day

Great customer service! - I accidentally booked the wrong pick up point, called the number on the confirmation email which was answered instantly. They then got a hold of the bus driver who then did a detour to come pick us up! Terrific service! Also pick up after shopping was quick and on time. Both busdrivers were very friendly and the buses were clean. I strongly recommend this company!

Very disappointed - Our shuttle bus did not show up at our pick up spot at the Sheraton Waikiki.. we only had one day to explore and was left. Standard. I would like a refund for your no show.
