Great view great drive had a blast - Loved the ATV ride it was fun enjoyed the guides! We did kind of go in a circle but it was like an obstacle course still fun

Didn’t deliver what was promised - My daughter and I did the ATV ride. That was fun and the guides were friendly and knowledgeable. However, there was no promised: Discover Jamaica destination short film, lunch available for purchase, or most importantly, or “picturesque blue hole where you can jump from the platform into this crystal clear natural wonder”. When I asked about the blue hole, the employee said “oh, there is no life guard. They should have told you that” and then rambled a bit in circles. He blew me off and there was no resolution. No one could help clarify for me. So I overpaid for this adventure when part of it wasn’t delivered. Only do this if you just want to ONLY do the ATV as that is all you will do. There will be no food available, only very expensive drinks.

Very disappointing - They ad for atv or dune buggies I brought my wife who does not drive expecting her to ride with me they no dune buggies and no 2 seating vehicles she had to wait at the place for hour and half waiting while me and son went atv and the ride was not exciting

Rip off - Not as described. We paid 270.00 USD to ride in circles for about 20 minutes. Charged for locker storage for our bags because our transport bus left us. Flinging horse fesces up in the air from the tires. There was no blue lagoon tour and described in the ad. No stopping or description or history of whatever the said plantation was. Just circles and basically figure eights. This is not an excursion. To top it off they put us on a private company transport van sending us back to our hotels after about an hour total from Chukka in Ocho Rios and back. When I went back to Chukka to explain our experience and how we felt taken advantage of with cost to value ratio. All they did was show us pictures of a drying up lagoon and said it's closed. When asked for a partial refund for not receiving the full experience they made up excuses and would not offer anything to make it right. This is our experience, might not be yours though. Just a warning.

Less than advertised! - The ATV portion was OK, short route which we did a few times to make up the time. The Blue Lagoon did not happen. The said "Due to rain it was closed". I asked for a refund for that portion of the excursion and was told by Abbigaile from Chukka that the Blue Lagoon part of the trip was complimentary, so so refund would be given. the tour is promoted as ATV and blue Lagoon which is false. Not only did we not go to Blue Lagoon, we had to wait around for over an hour to go back to our hotel. Not as advertised.

Rude check in short ride - We did the ATV tour. It was supposed to be a 3 hour tour. For $135 per person we rode for 20 minutes total. Shortest of all the ATV tours we have done and we do them often during our trips. The guides where nice butt the women who checked us in where extremely rude to people. I would recommend looking at some other ATV tour.

Anything to pull extra money from you. - I showed up with heavy hiking sandals and a small back pack with one towel and 2 bottles of water in it. They forced me to rent a locker for the backpack for $10 dollars and then made me buy water shoes to use riding ATVs for $20 dollars. Super flimsy shoes that they said I had to wear for safety. It was pretty obvious that they just wanted to get any extra money out of you that they can

Wouldn't recommend - Booked this tour online through Chukka's website, for a group of 8. Because we were celebrating my daughter's 14th birthday, I purposely looked for a tour that offered ATV tours, that allowed double riders and had buggies available. I read all of the requirements and made sure that everyone in my party met them. We were brought to Chukka outpost, which did not have the blue lagoon tour (I believe that was at a different location). This one, only had 1 person ATVs and their buggies were out of order. Out of our group of 8, only 3 were able to do the tour. The tour brought them to the ocean, where they were "unable" to get in the water because there was no "lifeguards" on duty. No matter, what they list, or what errors are made, this company does not refund. I would book elsewhere.

False advertisement Terrible and expensive! - The tour was falsely advertised and cost way too much. The driver to pick us up was late then we waited an hour to get on tour. Was not a plantation course with descriptions was going in circles on a small area and on the small beach area. No swimming in any lagoon! I Didnt go to Blue Lagoon. I want a refund. Then had to wait another hour when done for ride back. It was very disappointing and took up alot of our time just sitting. On top of not providing what tour claimed to be.
