FUN FUN FUN - Went with my daughter for a birthday trip. She took me on every roller coaster we could find. Despite how busy it was, we were able to get on rides within a reasonable amount of time. The rides were fun and we felt safe. Many many food options. Fun for all

Wow - Amazing, We took the entrances to both parks with the train between the two. From the beginning to the end of the day, I was amazed at each attraction. Everything is incredible. The queues are well organized, the restaurants are good, I even found apples ;) We didn't take a skip-the-line ticket, but the park was not crowded. On the app you can see queues by attraction. A great success

Incredible, a unique experience. - We went as a family in January, in the week of the 21st, with park to park tickets, we toured and climbed the entire park in a single day (we even crossed to the other park hehe), we were amazed since all the reviews we had seen They said that you had to go at least 2 days, but one day was enough for us to tour and ride all the attractions in the park (including the children's one), the best of all is the child swap that we actually used, to be able to enjoy the attractions. games in which we felt that the children would not be able to get on and be able to change with the one who is left taking care of the child, nothing to say, amazed at this theme park, it is all as we see on television or cinema, its attractions and simulators are from another planet, its roller coasters are of another level, I almost died on the hulk, what I do recommend travelers is to arrive early when the park opens to be able to make the most of the day, bring plenty of water and sunscreen, since at least on the days When I went it was 26 degrees, and it was quite noticeable, comfortable clothes since you will be walking very hard but it is a unique experience that is why I highly recommend going to Universal, believe me you are going to love it. (Remember that almost all of Universal's attractions cannot record or take photos)

Great park - This is the best of the two Universal Parks! It's spacious, has shade everywhere in the summer heat and has great rides for movie lovers. I'm going to compare it a lot to Islands of Adventure since my experience was very different in both parks Pros: -The ET ride is a classic and the only untouched classic in Universal Orlando. -The Space and Shade (Islands of Adventure is a nightmare in the summer) - The Merchandise stores are better than Islands of Adventure - There's more variety in food than Islands of Adventure - The smaller kids will definitely like the Dreamworks area comapred to Dr. Seuss area on Islands of Adventure - The Harry Potter area (Diagon Alley) is way bigger than Hogsmeade. There are more stores, spaces to sit, theming, shows and shade from the heat. - The Simpsons area has the biggest variety of food since it has a taco truck and a food court (don't forget Moe's bar). - Bourne's Stuntacular and the Horror Makeup shows are AMAZING (Islands of Adventure has zero shows). -There are classic characters everywhere (I saw the Scooby Doo gang, BeetleJuice, Marilyn Monroe, Betty Boop, The classic dancers in front of the cafe, The DreamWorks characters and more. Cons: - Theming is not better than Disney. A person that doesn't ride because of health or voluntary factors won't have that much to see here compared to Disney (Still better than Islands of Adventure by far). Diagon Alley, Dreamworks area for kids and the Simpsons have the best theming. If you're not a Potter fan or a kid well... - There are few places to sit to eat. One day the eating places were packed and you could only sit on the sidewalk outside to eat or walr around the whole park to find benches or tables outside of Dr. Seuss. -Some staff tried to police the Coca-Cola machines. You can get free water and ice there because of the incredible heat and I saw an employee deny access to someone that wanted to use the machine inside one of the eating areas. They would do better by refilling the ice constantly. This is all I remember now and this is the best Universal Orlando park by far and I gave it 4 stars only because the theming is pretty weak on Universal overall compared to Disney. I love the ET ride and will probably stop visiting the park if it's removed unless I become rich or something.

Standing, Waiting. Overpriced. - Wizarding World was pretty cool. But the lines and malfunctions were very annoying. My kids couldn’t wait to use the overpriced, interactive wands, but getting them to work was just silly. They stood in line behind other kids who also couldn’t get theirs to work. I talked with other parents who were angry with the wand purchase. I have to say the Ollivander experience was cool (the worker who portrayed Ollivander was awesome). The 3D rides are decent but gets repetitive when almost every ride is similar. Wanted to do Hagrids Motorbike but standing in line for over 2 hours is insane, especially when the ride malfunctions and 2 hours turns to 3. Express pass is way overpriced. Thankfully my kids said they had fun, but that was most likely from me pushing their stroller like a madman through crowds of miserable people.

Extremely long waits and broken down rides - Just returned from our trip. Not out first time there but probably our last. We bought a three park two day ticket which came with two days free. Turns out the waterpark was closed the whole time we were there so it was a waste! I know now why they are giving away free days and doing prom tickets and that’s because you have to wait hours and hours for rides that just break down. The kicker is that after you wait hours for Jurassic park for example they post a delay make a notification that it will be an extended delay and when you finally have lost all hope and get off the line they don’t even give you a ticket to come back through express. You pay hundreds of dollars for families to waste time on lines and just be disappointed. We had a similar experience on transformers where we waited almost an hour on the line, sat in the seats for the ride and they had us get off because of technical issues and extended delays. On that ride they gave us a paper receipt to use at another attraction. For Hagrids it’s just awful. You are forced to wait almost three hours in a line with no benches or bathroom breaks and just when you think you are close to the end they let massive amounts of people in some secret back door (even though there’s is no express pass available for this ride) and your wait time is extended further. There is another secret line of extra people added to the que after that as well. The Harry Potter area is just so so so crowded it’s unpleasant and hard to appreciate. Yes resort guests get early access and guess what? There are a ton of resort guests with early access with the same idea. They are all about shoving as many people in the parks as possible and don’t care if your standing in lines for hours. I had to voice my concerns with guest services about all of these frustrations and they did their best to make it up to us. It shouldn’t have to be like that if they just delivered a pleasant park experience in the first place.

Universally Bad - Hotdog pack My husband and I looked forward to a vacation, Universal was our mistake. Attending college in Florida, my husband had many fond memories of Universal Studios. I on the other hand had never visited the parks. As we awaited the visit, my husband regaled stories of rides on the Hulk, visiting other parts of the park, and some of his favorite places to eat. Our arrival on Monday gave us some pause about our choice to visit Universal. Today is Wednesday. This evening I am devastated because my husband has apologized numerous times about how rude the customer service is, why nothing is opened in the park, and for a lack luster performance by the Universal Parks. First, let’s focus on Monday night. We had traveled. Gotten into our hotel room, Sapphire Falls is top notch, and we’re ready for dinner. My husband recommended taking the water taxi to City Walk. We looked at a couple of restaurants and settled on NBC Sports Grill. We were seated immediately and looked over the menu. We made our decisions and waited. We waited. Then a server walked by and shook her head in a negative manner and walked off from our table. We waited some more and still no one came. Quite a bit of time had passed. We got up to exist and the hostess who had seated looked and said, “Hope you had a good time!” I responded, “Are you kidding me? You just seated us. No one will help us!” She walked back to the hostess stand and started to laugh. To cool our anger off we walked for a bit and grabbed a burger elsewhere. However, the blatant lack of willingness to wait on my husband and I bothered me. I am a man who grew up in a small town. I am not use to being refused service. I’m not being a Karen- let’s be a frank, I am in gay man at a theme park and was just looked at and denied service during Pride month. Let’s get our customer service “straightened” out people. I went back to the establishment and entered through the bar area. I asked to talk to the manager. He came over and listened to our experience. He offered to get me a table and then we could order dinner. While vile bubbled within me, I took the high road. I didn’t need dinner. I needed an apology; not another empty table. On Tuesday we went to the park later in the day. Most of the shops and hospitality venues were closed. It is June… it is your busy season! Have something for me to do! Then Wednesday we tried again. Most rides were closed for weather during the afternoon. That is completely understandable but have some other things opened. We walked around with a handful of shops opened and many restaurants closed. We stopped in at Blondie’s. We decided to grab a sandwich and split it. However, the absolute filth of the establishment turned us off immediately. It doesn’t take much to clean a table; just do it. I would have cleaned it off myself but I didn’t have Ajax and Clorox wipes handy. Instead of a delicious piled high sandwich we decided that we stop at Harry Potter’s Forbidden Journey and regroup. NOPE! We stood in line and had tested the seats to ensure we could fit as we are both tall men and carry a few COVID pounds. Well, Harry’s Journey is forbidden if you can’t make the harness click three times. Interesting news upon arrival in the seat of the ride! My harness clicked three times, when his didn’t, we were both told to exist the ride. I guess Harry’s Journey really is Forbidden. I especially enjoyed being parade through those boarding the ride and being told how to take the stairwell of shame. No folks, there wasn’t an invisibility cloak offered to hide that public shaming. My husband has continued to apologize over the incident. I am heartbroken for him. Our final straw occurred when we went to get to something for dinner. After a being refused service one night, suffering body shaming tonight… what else could go wrong? We tried to get something to eat… most locations were closed- and that app… don’t trust those prices! They change throughout the day. Everybody’s mad Wendy’s over price changes due to the time of day? Universal, BRAVO, you slipped that by your patrons! Also that freestyle machine you’ve got… it won’t even let you fill the drink to top. The best part of our experience so far… Kyle, Jonathan, and Dani! You guys do a hell of a good job driving the water taxi! We’ve boarded your ships several times! The three of you need to take over corporate training; it seems you three are the only ones who know about customer service!

Photo pass Is a Waste of money - Bought the photo pass for $138 as I thought I would get all photos from rides photos taken around the park and all the characters but no this is not the case I got 1 ride photo the other 2 I was given a card and told to get my photos online which still are not uploading 2 weeks later and I had to take all the character photos myself. I was also told that because I bought a 3 day pass I would get photos from volcano bay (never got any) and for universal studios didn’t get any there either I think it’s ridiculous to charge that much maybe they should go to Disney World and get some tips because I got hundreds from there Advise to anyone going DONT buy the photo pass your phone is much better

Worst experience ever! I was discriminated, and my human rights were violated by Universal Orlando. - Worst experience ever! I was discriminated, and my human rights were violated by Universal Orlando. Universal Orlando violated my rights and discriminated against me. Universal Orlando also violates the ADA Federal law. I’m a Professional person with more than 25 years working after I graduated from college, and the Universal Orlando security personal tread me like a criminal for no reasons. I’m also a US military veteran with disabilities, and I have a service dog duly registered. On Saturday May 4, 2025 around 8:15pm, the Universal Orlando security personal did not allow me to access the city walk area for a dinner I planned with my family, and they banned me to access the park for a year period because I was trying to access the city walk with my service dog. They never allowed me to pass through the control point area with or without my service dog. I was explaining to the security personnel that I’m not doing anything wrong. The Security personnel didn’t want me to access with my service dog, and also said, if I try to access the park, I will be arrested for trespassing. They were very rude, and called the police to having me arrested. At the end, the Police Officers kicked me out from the area, and they sent one of the Universal Orlando security personnel to escort me until I got to the Hard Rock Hotel. Literally, Universal Orlando ruined my vacation period as I paid to stay for 1 night (two rooms) at the Hard Rock Hotel for my son’s Birthday. They also ruined the moment to spend with my family during my son’s birthday. As a result of this situation, they also restricted access to my son to enter the park on Sunday May 5, 2024, and my son wasted his time in a customer service line for more than an hour to have the annual pass restored. I do not understand, because, he wasn’t with me at the time this situation happened, and he did not have anything to do with this incident. As a result of this horrible event, I’m feeling anxious, can’t sleep, depressed, and with suicidal thoughts because my family is very sad for everything happened that night. Every year my family and I spent around $10,000 just in Universal Orlando hotels, parks, annual pass, events, food, and gifts. We had never experience a bad situation like the discrimination happened during our last visit at Universal Orlando. I will respectfully ask if Universal Orlando customer complaints department can do anything to take an action to resolve this situation. I’m requesting to talk with the complaints manager to fix this issue. Me and my family are very disappointed, however, as a professionals, we are available to discuss this issue with the Universal Orlando Management leadership team to find a resolution and move forward without any escalation. Regards,
