❤️ Universal - We had a great time at universal. Not always my first choice for Florida vacations but we had a great time. Loved Diagon Ally and never in my life have I gone on E T so many times lol!

Popular Attractions - We chose Park to Park for four days which allowed us to fully enjoy the stay and attractions. The ride favorite: Agrid for speed , decor, variety of sensations and feeling (not abrupt but you come out with a big smile). We do it 3 times!! Then we made the Velociraptor , ouff, the thrill ride!! It is impressive before returning and it provides a lot: for those who have a strong heart and want to take up a challenge 😉 Strength: it brews but does not hurt!! Then: Hulk, another ride to do but it hurts more because of the more abrupt looping.. Have fun. Finally, here are the attractions we liked: Potter (castle), Spiderman, Transformers, Mummy, Kong (short wait) , visit of Bleue ( photograph with him, very well done), Hogwarts train, Jason Bournes, Popeye ( excellent for hot days 🥵) , Gringotts (decor of the bank and Dragon) and Volcano Bay for its river with life jackets (waves and big currents). Very fun!! Very nice stay!! The Poirier family

THE ultimate park in Florida! - My daughter had been wanting to go to Universal for a few years now as she is a huge Harry Potter fan. The park did not disappoint. The velocicoaster was the hit - so much so that we rode it four times in one day. One couldn't ask for a better park - the kids talked about it for days afterward. A must place to visit for any theme park fan!

FUN FUN FUN - Went with my daughter for a birthday trip. She took me on every roller coaster we could find. Despite how busy it was, we were able to get on rides within a reasonable amount of time. The rides were fun and we felt safe. Many many food options. Fun for all

We made it - Let’s get into it - We arrived at 9am literally , that’s when the park opens. we paid the $50 vip parking ( which we knew we didn’t want to walk with the kids later) We prepaid for 4 tickets as the 2 year old is free. We brought our house on wheels that seats 4 this is important bc yes it’s large, however, we can fit both children in and move around and they be comfortable. We immediately got drink cups and the fans that spray water. We paid for 2 parks and went in to make the most of it. we went everywhere we could. We spent the most time of the time in the Harry Potter world. Yes, we bought 4 Wands, a robe, head bands, sweaters. We are at the restaurant. Loved the train and we were so excited to be there. We loved the Dr. Suess area and the kids had a ball in the Jurassic park area. Make sure to bring your walking shoes and shade cover. We love the hello kitty area and spent a small fortune there for our 5 year Old. She got chuckie hello kitty? And many other things there. Note: I have to add this in as this person literally almost ruined my experience with her rudeness—- so we know at the clothing shop the gentleman that works there is amazing very kind and interactive- he made us laugh and demonstrated how to store your wand in the robe. As we were leaving there’s a place next door I believe you take pictures there. There was NO ONE Customer wise in there, we were buckling our toddler in her stroller when a RUDE, heavyset girl With fake red hair, came charging over telling us not to block the door way, my husband said no problem just strapping the baby in she goes well move it along then, I turned to her and said hey there’s no need to be rude, she goes I wasn’t I looked her right in the face and said you are and I heard what you said. There’s no one here and we’re moving. She argued with me and if my family had not been there and I wasn’t on vacation… yes we would have waited for a manager and argued about it then…. She would not be working there or with people. Back to the rest After I calmed down and we continued on our way the characters saved the day. Whoever is in the Gabby dollhouse won my heart and I hope nothing but good things and my fickle and very grumpy 2 year ran to her and hugged her with her eyes closed. My 2 year is not a stranger hugger, she is a waver and I will say hi, but don’t touch. But for Gabby she was in love. Thank you Gabby for saving the day.

To try - Very expensive is it is important to buy the express pass even if it costs you a lung. Otherwise you can make more than 2 hours of phone calls to the main attractions. Just a little pity that some attractions break down and the staff are very very directive

Great park - This is the best of the two Universal Parks! It's spacious, has shade everywhere in the summer heat and has great rides for movie lovers. I'm going to compare it a lot to Islands of Adventure since my experience was very different in both parks Pros: -The ET ride is a classic and the only untouched classic in Universal Orlando. -The Space and Shade (Islands of Adventure is a nightmare in the summer) - The Merchandise stores are better than Islands of Adventure - There's more variety in food than Islands of Adventure - The smaller kids will definitely like the Dreamworks area comapred to Dr. Seuss area on Islands of Adventure - The Harry Potter area (Diagon Alley) is way bigger than Hogsmeade. There are more stores, spaces to sit, theming, shows and shade from the heat. - The Simpsons area has the biggest variety of food since it has a taco truck and a food court (don't forget Moe's bar). - Bourne's Stuntacular and the Horror Makeup shows are AMAZING (Islands of Adventure has zero shows). -There are classic characters everywhere (I saw the Scooby Doo gang, BeetleJuice, Marilyn Monroe, Betty Boop, The classic dancers in front of the cafe, The DreamWorks characters and more. Cons: - Theming is not better than Disney. A person that doesn't ride because of health or voluntary factors won't have that much to see here compared to Disney (Still better than Islands of Adventure by far). Diagon Alley, Dreamworks area for kids and the Simpsons have the best theming. If you're not a Potter fan or a kid well... - There are few places to sit to eat. One day the eating places were packed and you could only sit on the sidewalk outside to eat or walr around the whole park to find benches or tables outside of Dr. Seuss. -Some staff tried to police the Coca-Cola machines. You can get free water and ice there because of the incredible heat and I saw an employee deny access to someone that wanted to use the machine inside one of the eating areas. They would do better by refilling the ice constantly. This is all I remember now and this is the best Universal Orlando park by far and I gave it 4 stars only because the theming is pretty weak on Universal overall compared to Disney. I love the ET ride and will probably stop visiting the park if it's removed unless I become rich or something.

So many rides need updating - Came back to universal with the kids. About 10 years since the last time. Overall I felt there were too many rides which were very outdated. So many roller coasters as well. Looked at the new park display and was shocked they were building multiple rollercoasters there as well. We stayed at the Loews sapphire which was lovely. The connection to universal was very easy. Just a shame universal are building a whole new park rather than investing some money to update the old rides.

Universally Bad - Hotdog pack My husband and I looked forward to a vacation, Universal was our mistake. Attending college in Florida, my husband had many fond memories of Universal Studios. I on the other hand had never visited the parks. As we awaited the visit, my husband regaled stories of rides on the Hulk, visiting other parts of the park, and some of his favorite places to eat. Our arrival on Monday gave us some pause about our choice to visit Universal. Today is Wednesday. This evening I am devastated because my husband has apologized numerous times about how rude the customer service is, why nothing is opened in the park, and for a lack luster performance by the Universal Parks. First, let’s focus on Monday night. We had traveled. Gotten into our hotel room, Sapphire Falls is top notch, and we’re ready for dinner. My husband recommended taking the water taxi to City Walk. We looked at a couple of restaurants and settled on NBC Sports Grill. We were seated immediately and looked over the menu. We made our decisions and waited. We waited. Then a server walked by and shook her head in a negative manner and walked off from our table. We waited some more and still no one came. Quite a bit of time had passed. We got up to exist and the hostess who had seated looked and said, “Hope you had a good time!” I responded, “Are you kidding me? You just seated us. No one will help us!” She walked back to the hostess stand and started to laugh. To cool our anger off we walked for a bit and grabbed a burger elsewhere. However, the blatant lack of willingness to wait on my husband and I bothered me. I am a man who grew up in a small town. I am not use to being refused service. I’m not being a Karen- let’s be a frank, I am in gay man at a theme park and was just looked at and denied service during Pride month. Let’s get our customer service “straightened” out people. I went back to the establishment and entered through the bar area. I asked to talk to the manager. He came over and listened to our experience. He offered to get me a table and then we could order dinner. While vile bubbled within me, I took the high road. I didn’t need dinner. I needed an apology; not another empty table. On Tuesday we went to the park later in the day. Most of the shops and hospitality venues were closed. It is June… it is your busy season! Have something for me to do! Then Wednesday we tried again. Most rides were closed for weather during the afternoon. That is completely understandable but have some other things opened. We walked around with a handful of shops opened and many restaurants closed. We stopped in at Blondie’s. We decided to grab a sandwich and split it. However, the absolute filth of the establishment turned us off immediately. It doesn’t take much to clean a table; just do it. I would have cleaned it off myself but I didn’t have Ajax and Clorox wipes handy. Instead of a delicious piled high sandwich we decided that we stop at Harry Potter’s Forbidden Journey and regroup. NOPE! We stood in line and had tested the seats to ensure we could fit as we are both tall men and carry a few COVID pounds. Well, Harry’s Journey is forbidden if you can’t make the harness click three times. Interesting news upon arrival in the seat of the ride! My harness clicked three times, when his didn’t, we were both told to exist the ride. I guess Harry’s Journey really is Forbidden. I especially enjoyed being parade through those boarding the ride and being told how to take the stairwell of shame. No folks, there wasn’t an invisibility cloak offered to hide that public shaming. My husband has continued to apologize over the incident. I am heartbroken for him. Our final straw occurred when we went to get to something for dinner. After a being refused service one night, suffering body shaming tonight… what else could go wrong? We tried to get something to eat… most locations were closed- and that app… don’t trust those prices! They change throughout the day. Everybody’s mad Wendy’s over price changes due to the time of day? Universal, BRAVO, you slipped that by your patrons! Also that freestyle machine you’ve got… it won’t even let you fill the drink to top. The best part of our experience so far… Kyle, Jonathan, and Dani! You guys do a hell of a good job driving the water taxi! We’ve boarded your ships several times! The three of you need to take over corporate training; it seems you three are the only ones who know about customer service!

Photo pass Is a Waste of money - Bought the photo pass for $138 as I thought I would get all photos from rides photos taken around the park and all the characters but no this is not the case I got 1 ride photo the other 2 I was given a card and told to get my photos online which still are not uploading 2 weeks later and I had to take all the character photos myself. I was also told that because I bought a 3 day pass I would get photos from volcano bay (never got any) and for universal studios didn’t get any there either I think it’s ridiculous to charge that much maybe they should go to Disney World and get some tips because I got hundreds from there Advise to anyone going DONT buy the photo pass your phone is much better
