Amazing customer service - As soon as I walked through the doors, I was met by a customer service member named Angel torres, he was super helpful and very kind, I had asked him where I can buy the your for the zip line, and he told me to go to the gentleman named Timothy Rivera he was super helpful, and gave me his honest opinion on what the best options were, I even asked him if the go pros were worth it, and he said most definitely, Angel even gave me some tips on the go pro, to only record 2 of the 7 zip lines to save battery for the monster, overall very very helpful people.

You must book this - Honestly, this was amazing to experience. Everyone is so friendly and informative. The drive up the mountain was a long one, but wasn't bad at all. The check in was simple, maybe a total amount of 10 mins. Signed waivers, checked weight, went over some riles directed to the suit up area and then directed to the tower to start the ziplining. Plenty of instructors and people around that give that genuine feeling of they care for our safety and want us to have a good time. Wear sunglasses or googles bc the wind and drizzle of rain up there hits your face where it's hard to keep your eyes open. It's rains literally on and off every day in PR. The zipline it self took maybe a whole 2 or 3 mins, then you take another zipline to go down the mountain and a truck takes you back up to the main building or to the additional ziplines if you booked them.

Worth the drive! - It was a very winding but scenic trip up to the zipline. Once there, you check in, watch a brief video while getting suited up. Head up to the lines you’ll go on. Our family did the monster and beast and had a blast! They’ll tell you to put your arms out at the end ONLY if you feel the noticeable shake near the end as you’re coming in too fast. If you’re too light, you might not make it to the end and they’ll have to come out to pull you in to the finish. It was a beautiful day, felt like we were flying! All organized, professional and safe. Restaurant was delish and it was a super fun time. Go earlier if you don’t want to w add it in lines during busier dates. We got there at 0930, dined zip lining at 10:40 and eating at 12:30. Friendly staff. Worth the trip!!! Thank you Toroverde!

Amazing experience - This was our second time; me and my son ; my sister and my bother in law are visiting and I wanted to take them to do something different. We chose 7 zip lines, the monster and the beast. My son and I had a blast. But my sister and my brother in law felt something that they’ve never felt before. Feeling free and seeing the incredible views is something special for sure. They thanked me so much for the experience. Our favorite is The Monster for sure. The adventure was perfect. Just 2 suggestions: a water dispenser or something similar on the fifth platform. After finishing the way up on the stairs is totally necessary (no matter if have to pay for it) and second the service on the restaurant is to slow. Food is good but the service no so good.

Zip line adventure - The seven zip line experience was great, and so was The Monster. Some staff were friendly, but most just seemed to be there doing their jobs. Maybe it was the language barrier, but I didn't feel like team members were making a lot of effort to be welcoming to the tourists.

BEWARE! Th3y put patrons at r1sk!!! - BEWARE!! My daughter and I went to Toro Verde and be aware that they do not check their equipment as of as they should, nor care about the dangers it causes to its patrons. Hf way across the first trip across, my daughter's bike stopped. I was taking pictures, since she was over coming her fear of heights. One of the worker went out to 'help her' because he thought she wasn't pedaling hard enough. When he got to her, he told her that the chain on the bike had broke. He called up another worker, on his walkie talkie, and after clipping her onto the pulley they pulled her in. Once we went down the staircase, walked up the hill, and got to the main station, the workers were still up on the wire trying to get across, since the worker who was the 'rescuers got his bike stuck too. To this date Toro Verde has not refunded me and that was returning on another date and calling 3 times. I hope this review allows me to post pictures. Don't ruin your vacation. Be warned! They need to refund , which then and only then will show they value their patrons. Then I hope to update
