Commence from your hotel at 9AM for a splendid day tour exploring the High Atlas Mountains and uncovering the secretive villages beyond Marrakech. Traverse the scenic landscapes of the High Atlas comprising of Berber villages on the hillside and shepherds tending their flock on the sharp inclines of the Atlas ranges, in the path to Moulay Brahim. Witness the alternation of plateaux and precipices with profound canyons. Further on, the Kik plains appear to excavate the Atlas and the Agafay desert gives an impression of the southern region of Morocco.
Spring presents a green landscape, when lush green barley fields are speckled with poppies. Then summer brings the yellow hue signifying harvest time.
The journey continues through Asni village, along a valley nestled within the Toubkal Mountain ranges towards Oukaimden. Through the Ourika Valley trail, we will make a halt to visit an Argan oil women cooperative prior to reaching Ourika Valley or Setti Fadma, where a guided hike of an hour and half will commence.
