Transport to Auschwitz - Artem was fantastic! He communicated over WhatsApp and arrived when he said he would. He took us from Krakow to Auschwitz and was really friendly on the way. He took us to the queue and waited with us and then booked us all in so we didn't have to worry. He then explained he will be waiting for us after the tour and any problems message him. We had the experience at Auschwitz and berkenau and when we got back he was there waiting when we got back. He even offered to drop us any place we wanted on the way back aswell 100 % recommend Mike & Emma Cullen

Horrible holiday was ruined by your company - You cancel our the night before we were due to go.. i tried to communicate with your company and the service was appalling.. I had to find another company to take and pay out off my spending money.. the whole trip was ruined by your company and should provide a better service and be quick to answer people I hope people will not book with you again..applaing service Lorraine ireland

SOLD US THE TOUR BUT NEVER SHOWED UP ! HORRIBLE COMPANY ! - DO NOT BUY ANY TOURS FROM THEM !!! I bought an Auschwitz guided tour for 2 persons on 14 august and the tour was supposed to take place on 16 august. We were told that the time of the tour will be told on 15 august. On 15 august i had to call myself to finally get to know the time of the tour. It was then sent via whatsapp message that the tour will take place on 16th of august and that we have to be 9.00 by the ATM by the Auschwitz entrance and their driver will bring our tickets there. We were by there 8.50 waiting. 9.10 i sent a whatsapp message asking how would we recognize the person bringing our tickets. No answer. From 9.30 I began to call them, both via Whatsapp and their info phone number found on Google. No answer. I also sent a message asking them to pick up. No answer. Finally at 10.00 we decided to ask from the Auscwitz info workers for help. They checked their agenda and our names weren't in any planned groups and also the tour providers company didn't have any coming that day. The super nice info worker said that give me the number, maybe they don't just want to talk to you. So I gave her the whatsapp number, she called from her personal Polish number and they picked up immediately! Then there came a story that the driver has had an accident with the car and is unable to move and recommended us to get in line to try to buy new tickets. Then i called them myself, they finally picked up and i said i can drive to the driver and pick up my tickets, just tell me where they are and they said that actually the driver doesn't have the tickets and had to still buy them. They recommended me to get in line and buy new tickets and said they would refund the ones they sold us. The info said that the line is 2 hours waiting time and we will be too late to join any guided tours and could enter one part only after 16.00. At that point it was 10.00 and 30 degrees and a big disappointment and we decided to leave. The same day, on 16th of august, I sent an e-mail to GR8WAY tours asking for a refund for the tour tickets, parking at Auschwitz and hotel which was specially booked after the tour was bought in the area and I asked the refund not later than 23rd of august. It took them 4 days to reply on 20th of august that they would only compensate the tour tickets and nothing else. And finally today on 28th of august I got almost the ticket money back. I paid 89,98eur for 2 tickets total and they refunded 88eur. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND THEY ALSO DON'T CARE ABOUT IT. HORRIBLE COMPANY! SUCH A SHAME FOR THE CITY OF KRAKOW TO HAVE SUCH A COMPANY FRAUDING PEOPLE WITH THEIR OFFICE ON THE MAIN SQUARE.

Never book - We got an app that the tour would take place a day later, the day later also canceled he let us know per whats app... we could stand in line ourselves for 2.5 hours said this gentleman, just think we can whistle to our money
