Great start to a journey - A great way to get to Heathrow. Very relaxed and lots of buses. The driver was very helpful and the journey easy. The terminus at thornhill is excellent with good facilities

Great service. Highly recommend - I have now used this company to get to Heathrow from High Wycombe quite a few times . They have been super reliable and you can get on the bus and start your holiday early. The coaches are super comfortable and have wifi. The flexible return ticket is great value at £16. You can return any day any time. Your departure is fixed but you have a two hour window when you can use your ticket if you happen to miss it. This week I was meant to have traveled to the airport and unfortunately I couldn’t go. I contacted the airline coach company to see if I could use my ticket on another date and the customer service was above and beyond. They sorted me out with a new ticket at very short notice. I am so pleased that someone recommended them to me. It is a fab service

Professional staff and great service. - Great service and very kind and professional staff. I travel daily from High Wycombe to Heathrow. I really enjoy my travel. Last night I travelled in bus no 33. Driver was so kind and professional. Always on time . Anyway great service and professional customer service.

Enjoyable ride to the airport - My wife and I arrived early, an hour before our scheduled time to board the bus. But, the bus was waiting, and the driver was nice enough to take us to the airport and hour early! Everything worked out very well.

On time, efficient and cost efficient - On time, friendly and efficient ! Will definitely travel with then again and again The price was great too!

excellent option - I rode the number 31 bus on June 26th - I booked my ticket on the app which couldn't have been easier. In the morning I went down to the bus stop, waited and the driver was on time and very nice about loading bags. The ride was very smooth on the comfortable bus and was no stress. Arrived on time at Heathrow, walked right in and checked into my flight.

Good but rather slow - Usually a pretty good service but too many stops in Oxford, so it can easily take 45 minutes to get out of the city. Should reduce stops to High St., Headington and Thornhill only but allow free transfers on local buses. Also cut out Lewknor and make an arrangement with Oxford Tube to transfer passengers to H Wycombe. Also the Wifi is often not working. But always comfortable and drivers usually good, though it would help to speed things up if they had help with loading.

Booking Fee Rip-Off - The service is fine. But, why is there a GBP5 ‘booking fee’ when you buy a ticket from the desk at terminal 5? This is a serious rip-off.

Poor punctuality and cancellations - I am now about to board my flight which I made with comfort but only because I left a significant amount of time. This service pulls off the M40 at Lewknor Turn (J6 M40) which I thought was an excellent idea as it allows people living further up the M40 a chance to drop off and avoid going into Heathrow - full marks for this innovation. However there my praise ends. We arrived this morning at 09:43 (next coach was supposedly 09:53) - time came and went the next one was due at 10:13 - also came and went. I was just getting ready to abandon when at 10:24 a coach turned up - over 40 minutes after I'd arrived on a so called 20 minute service - and this on a Sunday morning. How reliable is the service in heavy traffic you have to wonder? The driver was completely uninterested mumbling something about "service issues". I am flying again shortly on a Sunday morning and will give you ONE more chance but I would like to know why service was so shocking this morning - is this the norm - and can I hope for a better service next time.

Very very rude drivers - Veryrude, ignorant drivers, arrogant and incapable to make their job. Never more with this company. I highly suggest the national company
