Nice sightseeing tour of Palermo - A nice tour of Palermo. Only it stops with service to early, at 17:00. We couldn’t make a blue line because of that.

Very accommodating - Our guide was great! When we arrived at the cross over location and that bus was full, they turned our bus into the second line bus as well so we wouldn’t have to wait a full hour for the next bus. Very accommodating!

Lost in Palermo - Seeing wonderful sites in a short amount of time. However: stops were poorly marked. Few busses in the afternoon. Had to take a cab back to get to ship on time.

Not the best hop on hop off bus tour we've done. - There are 2 lines... A and B. B was short and went to done if the same places line A went to do basically it was a waste of time. Line A was good but many times the narrator was describing places of interest and we could not find what they were describing. Giving directions to look left or right would be helpful. I hope the ticket person on line B was just having a bad day because she was the sourest person we have come across since arriving in Europe. Snappy and grumpy, and her attitude was such that it was obvious she either did not like her job or did not like tourists.... either way, she was not a good advertisement for the company or for Palermo.

Palermo - When you actually get on a bus, it is a fun experience. They give you head phones to learn about the area. However, Buses don’t come on a regular schedule and the wait in the sun becomes unbearable.

Didn't make me want to stay. - The bus stops are not where the map says. The audio guide is not very thorough. Times between bus's is not close to what they said they would approximately be.

Very poor - Very mediocre of parvle few buses present, passage every half hour for 1 hour of travel in total and the lack of sympathy of the teams who work there and inform.

Choose the Yellow Bus Service! - This vendor is poorly managed, has no signs once you depart from the port to direct you where to catch the bus and the 1st stop is quite a far walk from the port. The timing of the red and blue lines is totally outrageous and will leave you waiting for a long time. Do yourself a favor and purchase from the yellow bus competitor who is strategically located right outside the port and has high volume bus service. You can clearly see who the pros are, and this company is not even a runner up!
