To access the restaurant you will need to go to the checkpoints located in the South and East gardens at 06:00 pm and present the confirmation email. Then, you must go to the Restaurant welcome desk to pick up your lift ticket. The ticket gives access to the 1st floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Would do it again - We enjoyed our dinner and the Eiffel Tower. It was well done. Food and service was excellent. We did not feel rushed and enjoyed the view and meeting people near us.

Eiffel Tower September 30, 2024 - Our guide Angela Anthony was wonderful. She met us on time, got us moving and showed the way through what was a maze of lines. When we arrived at the second floor she began to share her wealth of knowledge of the builders, architects and the workers. Later she pointed out the highlights of the cityscape. She was upbeat, warm and funny. I was disappointed when she left us so that we could journey to the top on our own. What a wonderful experience.

Cool to do but food meh - Great views of the city and definitely cool experience. The food was meh, ok, but didn’t expect it to be fabulous. Our waiter was really nice and personable. If I did again , I’d go for a drink not dinner.

Fabulous experience of Paris by night - Excellent food service and atmosphere. Could have done with the entry process being clearer for foreign tourists. One queue to another seemed a little excessive. If we’d known the numbers we would have given it more time than the tickets indicated. All good, would just make the experience less stressful.

Was good apart from lift breaking down and was no one helping us down in the slippery rain upset us that did - The lift breaking breaking down was horrible and we didn't not enjoy that we had no help off staff and stairs were slippery and my partner has a phobia of stairs at a height and no intructions from staff but other than that is was good

Madame Brasserie Restaurant early evening sitting outer window. - The $600+ equivalent was more than we ever paid for dinner for two anywhere in the world up to this point. The hype of having dinner at such prestigious location may be acceptable if the context is a celebration of a lifetime achievement, a highly significant anniversary and such, but do not get disappointed by the actual little you would see even when seated by the window with view towards Trocadero, the actual food and drink or the overall atmosphere which were all underwhelming considering the expense.

Amazing view! Bad food! - The view was fantastic. The food was awful. The sauces were not tasty and my wife’s lobster was undercooked. The couple next to us did not like any of it. I mentioned that I was gluten intolerant when booking and they didn’t make any adjustments for the meal or desert. Would have been better off getting a hot dog and sitting next to the vendors outside the restaurant. I guess the reviews I read about the bad food were correct. My fault 😬

Not worth the money - Food was terrible although it is supposed to be a famous chef. Over $500 euros and you don’t even get a window seat. Waste of money. Wife’s birthday dinner ruined
