Notre Dame, St Chappelle and Paris history - Our family really enjoyed the Notre Dame Island and St Chappelle tour. Our tour guide Liz was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got a lot of Paris history on this tour. I highly recommend!

Great tout with expert guide - Benedicte was very knowledgeable and she showed us lots of sites and gave us plenty of time to take pictures and bonus skip the lines to saint-chapelle was great because it was crowded.

Memorable experience - We had a wonderful time. Our guide Daniel was very kind and narrated everything in a very entertaining way. I highly recommend it.

Saeed saved the day! - I give this tour four stars instead of five only because initially, our tour guide did not show for the tour. Luckily, there was a guide in training that gave us a phenomenal tour! Saeed was knowledgable and distilled Paris and French history masterfully. He was able to get our Sainte-Chapelle tickets from the tour company. And thankfully so. Sainte-Chapelle is a must see. Even though Notre Dame was still being repaired from the fire, it is a must see also. Thank you Saeed for saving the day!

Disappointed with lack of communication - Our guide never showed up. We have been saving a long time for this trip and disappointed when the guide was a no show. Luckily Saeed was there as a training opportunity and provided us with some history of the island and st chapelle.

Horrible customer service - The Guide was ok in providing historical data and info and showing us around. However, when we got to the Sainte - Chapelle her “download tickets” button on her phone did not work. She said it hadn’t been working all morning. I feel she had enough time to contact her employer and get the tickets for the customers. 5 of us when in, the guide left without giving us tickets. She advised us to just show them the voucher. We went in showed the voucher and were told those don’t work. We had to purchase all new tickets after we had already bought the tour with tickets. Over $50 euros. The answer we got from TripAdvisor was “ guide should have provided the tickets” which she didn’t. I wouldn’t purchase this tour through TripAdvisor. They’re unhelpful and unprofessional. Very very disappointed. They should at the very least refund me ticket price. Don’t buy!!! There are many other guide companies out there.
