Beautiful tour - Leeza was absolutely amazing! So knowledgeable and passionate about the food and culture of Parma. Would absolutely do this tour again. Seeing smaller producers instead of the large ones was very special.

Tasty Parma discovery - Great way to spend a day in the region and learn about quality products and the legacy. Enjoyed the balsamic tour the most! Learned the difference of the Traditional Balsamic, original use for medicinal purposes and will forever be addicted.

A trip to remember - What an amazing and unexpectedly educational experience! We had a full day with the visit to the local Acetia to learn and taste the traditional balsamic vinegar as well. Valentina has been fantastic and shared a lot of knowledge with us. The tour was well paced and we only had 13 people. I would highly recommend this experience.

5 STARS - great 1/2 day experience. - We did the 1/2 day experience. It was absolutely amazing and have already recommended it to family who are going to Parma soon. Lisa (our Guide) knows her stuff and loves Parma very much. She is knowledgeable, personable, and very engaging. We would highly recommend this tour to others. Started at 930am, we were able to observe an actual Cheese Master in action, tasted the best cheese in my life, toured a ham factory - equally amazing, and then sampled some of the most amazing local meats. We left after that but many stayed on for the lunch and vinegar experience.

Really enjoyable and educational experience - This was a really enjoyable and educational experience. Being able to see and learn about each process (cheese, ham & balsamic) then taste the products was great. Unexpected was the stop at a restaurant for MORE ham and a delicious pasta with local wines. I would like to especially highlight the balsamic vinegar tour. The owner was an engaging and delightful man who's love for balsamic is obvious. He served us the various aged vinegars and answered all questions. Best stop of the three venues. The guide was a local woman who did a nice job even though we did have some difficulty with the accent (our issue, not her's). The only suggestion I would make is to provide better detail on exactly where to meet the Tasty Bus. The map I printed off was small and did not have bold type so was difficult to read. Customers should look for the blue public parking sighn - "Toschi P" on Viale Paolo Toschi

Great day trip from Bologna - My husband and I did the full day tour and really enjoyed it. Our guide Claudia was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She was a fantastic host! The time spent at each place, including lunch, was perfect. No complaints or critiques to add. We took a 0730 am train to Parma from Bologna, and an 1845 pm train back. Plenty of time to wander a bit around Parma and see some additional sites in downtown.

Fantastic Tours and Tastings - We brought three generations of family on this tour and it was enjoyed by all. Our guide, Sophia, did a wonderful job explaining the processes/requirements for each product and answered all of our questions. The lunch and tastings were delicious.

Parma Treats - This is a great tour. The Parmigiano Reggiano production facility tour was very interesting, and we got to taste test and buy samples at the end of the tour. The Prosciutto di Parma was also very interesting, and also included tasting!
