• Lancelin - After a 1.5-hour drive from Perth, take a break to enjoy the views from Lancelin lookout, which boasts the largest network of sand dunes in Western Australia. These enormous, snow-white dunes contrast beautifully with the shimmering turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean in the distance.

• Nilgen Lookout - Brush off the sand before heading to the Nilgen Nature Reserve. This area is rich in flora and fauna, offering a vibrant display of wildflowers such as banksias, bottlebrush, heath, grass trees, and kangaroo paws, all thriving in season.

• Hangover Bay - If the flowers are not in bloom, visit Hangover Bay instead, where you can wade in the clear waters or spot bottlenose dolphins and sea lions.

• Nambung National Park - With lungs filled with fresh sea air, continue to Nambung National Park to experience the extraordinary Pinnacles desert at sunset. Composed of shells, the Pinnacles date back millions of years to when the land was submerged under the sea. Best explored at dusk when the crowds thin out, the thousands of limestone pillars rise eerily from the desert, with changing colors creating a lunar-like atmosphere.

• The Pinnacles - Relish a picnic dinner with a glass of local wine (all included) while settling in for a spectacular natural light show beneath the sky. As night falls, admire the otherworldly beauty of the stars and planets swirling above. Listen to ancient Aboriginal Dreamtime stories and gaze light-years away.

• A moderate amount of walking is involved, you will need to bring a 1.5L water bottle to complete the walks and stay hydrated
• Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately as temperatures in Western Australia can be extreme. It is not unheard of for temperatures to reach over 50 degrees Celsius in summer and can get below zero overnight in winter. Please ensure you have checked the average temperatures for the times of your visit and have packed adequate clothing
