Knowledgeable tricks - Amazing team with knowledge of tracks on the island for easy route..also returning the hire bike to any ferries made it an ease to then not having to worry abt the bike.

Perth Must Do! - For any locals or visitors to Perth, I would strongly recommend visiting Rottnest
Island, and specifically using this company for your travels there and back.
Their guest service level is top notch. We had a rough journey on our way to the island, and the staff was so caring of their passengers.

Excellent Customer Service… - In booking Sealink transport for my WA relatives over the phone from interstate, I found the consultant, Meika I believe is her name, to be very personable and articulate in conveying her company’s product. So much so, I felt the need to do this review.
I found the person to person experience informative and extremely pleasant, particularly given my limited knowledge of transport options and Rottnest Island.
I look forward to hearing from my relatives that Meika’s customer service is matched by her colleagues when my relatives take their Rottnest Island short holiday.

Very good service. The boat was punctual, spacious and neat. - Very good service.
The boat was punctual, spacious and neat.
Free coffee, tea and water.
Short stop in Fremantle.
And on the island more than enough time to explore.
On the way there, the sea was fierce, and the crew was very attentive.
We got a popsicle.
The journey itself is an experience.
-Fine.

A comfy Trip! - A comfy trip, but very rough going across! Suggest take a sea sickness tablet before you go! Lovely leaving from Perth(Barrack St) going down the Swan river!

Lovely trip down the Swan river and across to Rottnest. - Very smooth ferry. Interesting commentary. Comfy seats. What more could you ask.
On the island, the Quokkas were all over the place, so cute!

A most excellent day was had! - The ferry was an excellent way to travel to Wadjemup (Rottnest Island). It was a little hard to hear the commentary along the way, but other than that, it was great. The island itself was a 10/10 experience.

Great trip but not worth it if poor weather. - Every member of staff were wonderful and special mention to the young staff on the boat who were flat out tending to all the sick passengers. Well done. You did a great job in horrible circumstances. We had horrendous seas and at least 75% of the passengers were sick. The rating was hard to determine because we cannot fault the crew or the ferry itself however we would have appreciated a heads up before embarking so we cld have made a decision to abort our trip. The much extended travel time meant such a short time on the island that all we had tine for was the hop on bus ( which was grt but no time to hop off anywhere) - not even time to enjoy a sit down lunch - tho we didn't feel well enough to eat after the trip anyway.
