The sun was just beginning to rise over Philipsburg as I made my way to the marina, the anticipation of the day ahead buzzing in the air. I had heard whispers of the legendary “Captain Bob” and his speed boat tours, and as a lover of all things oceanic, I knew I had to experience it for myself.
