Embark on an all-inclusive excursion from Livorno Port to Pisa and Florence. Immerse yourself in Renaissance landscapes and art, exploring iconic landmarks like the Leaning Tower and Uffizi Gallery.
- Pisa - Our English-speaking driver will meet you at 8:00 am at Livorno port, right under your cruise ship. Your day begins with a visit to Pisa, where you’ll have the opportunity to admire and photograph the iconic Leaning Tower, along with other notable landmarks in the square such as the Baptistery and the Cathedral. The Leaning Tower started tilting during its construction in the 12th century due to unstable ground, and the tilt worsened until the 14th century when construction was completed. Stabilization efforts between 1993 and 2001 reduced the tilt to 3.97 degrees. Climbing to the top of the Leaning Tower is a unique experience offering stunning views of the town, with tickets costing only 20 euros.
- Piazzale Michelangelo - After Pisa, we will head to Florence. Our second stop is Piazzale Michelangelo, which offers the best panoramic view of Florence. This square, dedicated to the Renaissance sculptor Michelangelo, features bronze replicas of some of his marble works found elsewhere in Florence, including the David and the four allegories from the Medici Chapel of San Lorenzo. After this visit, we will drive into the town of Florence.
- Florence - Following the panoramic view at Piazzale Michelangelo, we will reach the city center. Fall in love with Florence, one of the most beautiful and artistic cities in the world! In the heart of the Renaissance, you’ll explore buildings and artworks that reveal the origins of this period, as well as the atmosphere and life in 14th and 15th century Florence. You will have three hours of free time to explore one of the world’s most famous cities. Suggested places to visit during your walk include:
- Palazzo Pitti and Vasarian Corridor
- Ponte Vecchio
- Piazza della Signoria, Loggia dei Lanzi
- Mercato del Porcellino, Palazzo Vecchio
- Santa Croce square and church
- Dome, Giotto’s Bell tower, St. John’s Baptistery
- San Lorenzo church and Medici’s Chapel

If you prefer not to walk extensively, our driver can stop at the main monuments with our Minivan. We will return to Livorno around 5 pm.

Florence is considered the birthplace of the Renaissance, The city is noted for its culture, art and architecture. The city also contains numerous museums and art galleries: (Ponte Vecchio, The Duomo, Basilica of St.Croce, The Medici Chapels, Palazzo Vecchio, Plaza Della Signoria, Piazzale Michelangelo, Uffizi Gallery). If you prefer not to walk for a long time, our driver will stop you in front of the main monuments with our Minivan. The return is scheduled for 5.00 PM.
