The POLIGNANO kayak trip is a fascinating tour, not physically demanding and therefore also suitable for those who have never gone kayaking. Included in the price is the SEA KAYAK COURSE FOR BEGINNERS guided by a 2nd level sea kayak instructor of the Italian Canoe and Kayak Federation. On the way we will show you hidden caves and ravines, all to be explored! After putting on the life jackets and entering our kayaks, we will be ready to sail southwards alongside the splendid and very high coast of Polignano. We will pass by the famous beach of Lama Monachile, we will visit Arcivescovado Cave, Palazzese Cave and will swim into the clear water of the Sotto Favale Cave. This trip gives great emotions and allows you to navigate the blue waters of the coast of Polignano looking at the very high rocky coast that separates the city from the sea.
N.B.
The experience is not suitable for people weighing more than 100kg
- Bring watershoes (gym shoes as an alternative)
- Bring only not too big bags. I will keep non-bulky valuables such as cell phones and car keys while the small bag or backpack can be stored in the hatches of the kayaks or in the trunk of the trailer. Be careful because in the hatches the backpack could get damp or wet and the trunk of the trailer is not guarded.

Puglia Kayaking, a must do experience! - I organized kayaking as a pre wedding event and it was incredible 5 star experience!
Most of the group were beginners but felt confident as instructor took time to explain all the basic strokes. #backtofront #fronttoback
We kayaked along the coast and through caves, where the water was crystal clear. Something only accessible through this unique experience.
This is a must do if you come to Puglia!

Amazing experience, perfect for all abilities - We really enjoyed our kayaking experience. The instructors were fantastic, so helpful and knowledgeable. Getting out of the kayak and swimming in the cave was a particular highlight and gave our arms a nice break. It wasn’t a challenging kayak so would be perfect for any ability but expect your shoulders to be aching the next day. Would definitely recommend this experience

Great experience - Our guide Marco was funny and knowledgeable. He took us through caves and a area we could get out of our kayaks and swim. It was a great experience! Make sure to wear water shoes, the rocks are sharp and slippery.

Amazing experience! - I booked this trip based on the reviews and it lived up to my expectations. Marco was an excellent instructor and we were in safe hands for the whole trip, swimming in the cave and kayaking around the hermit island was amazing!

Wonderful experience on a beautiful coast - We had a wonderful afternoon kayaking along the beautiful coast and through the caves of Polignano. Much better experience than on a motorized boat! Marco is a great guide who led us safely through the slightly choppy waters.
One piece of advice: if you are really tall (above 1.90) better go for the back seat of a 2-person kayak. A 1-person kayak might not have enough room for your long legs.

Highlight of Puglia! - We had a FANTASTIC day with Marco! Marco is truly passionate about kayaking and is an excellent teacher.
