Are you interested in seeing the ruins of Pompeii? Do you want to explore parts of the city that most tourists miss? Discover the ancient city, its ruins, and journey back in time.
From there, with a view of Mt. Vesuvius, we will visit the Antiquarium, where I will show you artifacts from the latest excavations, including the coin that changed the date of the eruption.
Continuing on, we will pass through the Basilica, the Forum with its market and main Temples, and walk along the decumanus major.
We will explore some of the most beautiful homes.
The tour will also include visits to stores and shops, Roman restaurants, the famous bodies, the Theatre, and the Gladiators’ Barracks.
PLEASE NOTE: Entrance fees to the archaeological park are NOT included. However, we will provide a link to purchase them online between the afternoon before the tour and the morning of the tour, so don’t worry!
- Tickets for Pompei Archaeological Park are not included in this price. Once on the spot you can buy them with our help.

Amazing Tour! - Our guide Ricardo gave us a very informative tour even on the warmest day of July! Multilingual with Italian, English, French and Latin information to give us an all round insight into the ruins of Pompei.

Excellent - The tour was very well organised, good selection of sites (as Pompeii is so big!), and our guide Rafaele made all the stories come to life in such a vivid way! He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and engaging for all ages in our group. Despite the extreme heat he left us with the desire and energy to explore more!

Top class visit. - An excellent knowledgeable guide in Roberta who highlighted the interesting & outstanding facts of the Roman history of Pompeii.
Pity website didn’t say “not wheelchair/walker friendly”. Paid for my wife who couldn’t attend

Fabulous experience with a brilliant Guide - The expertise and knowledge of our guide Angelo,
he brought the archeological ruins to life with his stories from the history of Pompeii over the two hour tour,
he was very patient and had time to answer everyone's questions and nothing was too much bother.
Our two teenagers loved the experience having learnt a small bit about the history of Pompeii in school.
I would highly recommend this tour.
You won't be disappointed

Pompeii with the best guide, Gennaro! - Gennaro Bolzano was our guide and he was amazing. One of the best tour guides I have ever had. He is funny and extremely informative. It made our visit a to Pompeii very enjoyable and something we will remember for years to come. I highly recommend buying a tour package, and it you can get him, reserve Gennaro.

Good tour - It was nice to hear about the history and have someone to whom we could ask questions. They won’t wait more than 10 minutes for people who are struggling behind at the beginning of the tour so it’s best to plan ahead and expect a good walk to the meeting place.

Mixed - Mixed experience. The instructions for meet up are unclear. You are supposed to meet the guide at the park entrance. NOT the address provided. We had to call the office several times to get clarity on where to meet up. The guide was also late, about 10 minutes, not a big deal, but then she was in a rush for some reason and left us at the gate while we were processing our tickets. The problem was that the instructions clearly state for us to wait until we meet up with the guide before we get our tickets, but then she left us behind and we had to search for about 10 minutes to find her. All that said, once we caught up to the tour, Erika our guide was very good as far as the tour guide stuff and keeping everyone in the group engaged. The only reason I am giving 3 stars instead of less is because of how good the tour ended.
