On the trip there you can see The New Town and The Old Town attractions. We will drive you across the river up to the Castle Town. The rest of the tour is on foot, so walking first Castle Town District. Prague Castle with stops to take pictures of Saint Vitus Cathedral and Castle Guard. Lunch is served in a typical local pub. In the afternoon the tour continues to Old Town square. Next to this, there is the area of the former Jewish ghetto, today very elegant and expensive quarter where is the oldest synagogue in Europe, Ceremonial Hall, The Old Jewish Cemetery. Finally after the all day walking, one hour relaxing Vltava river Cruise awaits you. The tour-guide, before saying good by to you, will distribute the individual tickets, on the boat free placing, open board available. This tour ends then here, at the pier, in the very center of the city, next to the place we started in the morning our tour.

Highly recommend this tour! - This tour was the highlight of my stay in Prague! Our guide Marie was wonderful and made the history of the city so interesting. I enjoyed the day very much!

Excellent tour and great value - Highly recommend - A great guide in Maria, who had so much information to share, started with a bus tour with constant narrative on the history of Prague, its buildings and architecture. The tour of the castle was ok and we got to witness the changing of the guard.
The walking tour was long but very interesting and the lunch provided was amazing, fantastic chicken.
The ending with a leisurely, slow one-hour boat trip (no commentary) was a great way to relax and unwind with a glass of wine after a long and tiring day.
Excellent day out and would highly recommend this tour and was great value for money.

Awesome - Everything was memorable . The tour guide was organize and kept the history part of the tour going. She took the time to explain and point out all the significant buildings. Prague is a city filled with so many different kinds of architecture from diff centuries. Very relaxing cruise.

Excellent tour - Would have been 5 stars as the tour company were fantastic only the lunch let us down , it was absolutely terrible!
On the positive side , because of traffic and no taxi show up we arrived late for the trip. The mini bus had gone , but the tour operator came to the rescue took us in his car to Prague Castle to catch up with rest of the group. Excellent customer service and care .

Worst tour ever - This was, by far, the worst tour we have ever done in all our travels. The bus tour section was a fast drive around town in a mini van where.our ‘guide’ pointed out a couple of buildings and a couple of movie film sites. Our friends in the back seat couldn’t see or hear anything! During the walking tour, we literally just followed our ‘guide’ through the castle grounds and around some streets. Almost no commentary on anything and then complete silence from her on the river cruise. We learnt nothing about this beautiful city on this tour. Our lunch was in the basement of a dingy pub where our guide messed up the lunch order and blamed one of our group. Food was limited in choice and very average. Very disappointed in this experience!

Horrible experience with Grayline tours. - This tour operator is not one I would recommend in the future, as the company did not take responsibility for the mistakes made by the guides on the tour. In the middle of our tour, our guide made us take a tram to speed up our tour, after already removing significant landmarks from our itinerary (note that the tram was not a part of the walking tour). Once we got on the tram, and attempted to buy our tickets, we found that the machine was instructing us in Czech. When we asked the guide for assistance, she told us to forget the tickets as it was just 2 stops, but then the conductor asked to see our tickets and we ended up paying 9000 Cks (360 euros) as fine for 9 people, when it was never our fault to begin with. Even with all this wasted time with the ticket checker we still reached the next point of our tour with 30 minutes to wait for the cruise to start. We felt cheated and betrayed by the guide, our passports were taken by the police enforcement, and we felt like criminals for a crime we hadn't intentionally committed. We were not at all supported by our tour guide through the process and upon contacting the gray line services they said it was between the guide and tourists - not their matter!!!!

Disappointing Trip - Very Disappointing experience. We met the Driver and the lady Guide at the appointed time and place. The van claimed as Grey Hound bus turned out to be a 8 seater old VAN: The commentary by the Guide was barely audible due to the rattling noise from the van.
After roaming around in the van for nearly one hour the guide took over : for nearly 5 long hours we roamed around on foot - appeared to have no real tour plan. Only saving grace was one hour at our disposal during the river cruise.
We have used your services for numerous trips in the USA . In fact we have booked three trips from Vienna through your company. Hopefully we will not experience similar ordeal 🤞🤞
