The driver will meet you at the exit of the arrival hall, holding a name tag with your name. The waiting time is up to 1 hour after your actual arrival time. The driver will then transport you to the hotel. Please ensure you provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

A/H: Airport Hotels
The meeting point is in the hotel lobby, where the driver will recognize you by your name tag. For international flights, boarding time is 3 hours, and for domestic flights, it is 2.5 hours. Ensure you provide the transfer name, flight number, and boarding address.

Please Note:

• Suggestions are not included; decisions are yours to make.
• Unless specified otherwise, the waiting time is 2 hours after the actual arrival time, after which the car will be released.
• Delivery is not included.
• If your flight is delayed, we will verify the flight information in advance and adjust the boarding time accordingly. For connecting flights, we can only check the flight information provided in this voucher.
• If you cannot locate our local representative, please call the number on your assistant voucher before taking any other action.
• If there is any change in the received or checked-out information, you must update your reservation immediately.
• Unless specified otherwise, each person is allowed one piece of medium-sized luggage. Hand luggage must be small enough to fit on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the parking space, you will be responsible for the taxi fare for luggage transportation.
