After passing through Customs & Security, your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals Hall, holding a sign with your name for easy identification. We use the name and details you provide at booking unless you request otherwise.

You will then be escorted to your vehicle, which can accommodate up to six passengers. From this point, you can relax and enjoy the journey to Edinburgh. With your advance booking, there’s no need to worry about local currency or credit card payments. During the trip, your driver will keep you informed about the estimated time of arrival at your destination.

We will track your flight’s arrival time. If your flight is delayed, we will ensure your driver is there to meet you. If your flight is significantly delayed before departure, please inform us by calling the contact number on your voucher.
