• Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
• In the event of a flight diversion to an alternate airport, the pre-booked transfer from Pisa Airport will be canceled and is non-refundable.
• In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
• The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
