Meet & Greet Procedure:
International Arrivals: Upon arrival, head to immigration, retrieve your luggage from the baggage carousels, and proceed through customs. You will then enter the International Reception Lobby (IRL). Follow the signs to the Exits/Greetings Area on the right. Your chauffeur will be there, holding an iPad with your name…
Meet & Greet Procedure:

If you are unable to find your chauffeur, please contact our office immediately. Failure to do so will result in a ‘no show’ and the trip will be charged.
Domestic Arrivals: Go to your assigned baggage carousel on level 2 arrivals, where your chauffeur will be waiting with a board or iPad displaying your name prominently. Even if you do not have checked baggage, you must still proceed to your designated luggage carousel. If you cannot find your chauffeur, please contact our office immediately. Failure to do so will result in a ‘no show’ and the trip will be charged.
