It’s worth it! - Hands down worth EVERY penny. The staff was incredibly nice and attentive. We got through security with ease. We easily avoided an hour+ wait time. My husband and I were talking about how all the bad reviews for this were so inaccurate. So glad we went this route!!

2nd time using and a no brainer - This is the second time we have done this and find it really helpful. A few things to be aware of. You will need to leave time to stand in line to check your bags regardless. The lines are LONG and the fast track does not expedite that portion. There will be guys trying to grab you luggage out of your trunk. You do NOT need this as you have to bring your luggage to the counter anyway and wait in line. You are expedited through the security line which is nice especially if you running behind.

May not be worth the... - May not be worth the expense depending on your departure time. I also thought it came with the VIP lounge, but it does not.

Good, but... - Did save some time, but our gripe is that the rep did not do everything required by the airport. At PLS airport, paper boarding pass is to be printed as you arrive, then Fast Pass is to take you through Customs and Security. When we got to the waiting area, we heard a call from the gate instructing passengers who did not have a paper boarding pass to report to the gate. The should have been done ahead of Security.

Not worth the money on Departure - It wasn’t worth the money for departure at Turks and Caicos airport. It didn’t help with the baggage check in line which we still had to wait on. We went through security which wasn’t easy. Airport was absolutely mobbed with outgoing flights. Don’t waste your money on this- although the employees were very nice. Didn’t even know our “guide” had left us.

Not worth the price - The experience is not worth the price. There is not a lounge associated with this experience. The airport is relatively small so long lines were not an issue.

Complete waste - This was a waste of money; I wish I had my ~$800 back. Upon arrival, the non VIP moved faster that we missed our bags getting off the plane. Upon departure, the staff did absolutely nothing. We arrived and they told us to return once we had checked our bags (a local man took our bags to the counter and requested a tip). Then we walk out of the way back to the fast pass counter only to have them walk us to security where there was no line and we never saw the person again; and we had to find our own seats in the crowded airport before our flight. This service was a complete waste of money and I won’t be recommending it.
