BOOK THIS TOUR for a day of fun! - Worry free, fun-filled, no pressure, great staff, knowledgeable, kind, and helpful leader. The staff bends over backwards to make sure you have all and anything you need. I thought the tour was going to be a typical tour with mostly long boat ride and dull, non-engaging activities. It was lively, active, and perhaps the best tour, I've taken part in!

Incredible day, highly recommend! - Incredible experience. We went as family of four with two teens. Saw no less than 15 whales, several breaching and some swimming by as we were snorkeling ! ! The tour was so well organized and the crew really took care of everyone the whole day. Highly recommend.

Vallarta Adventures Marietta Island and Majahuitas Tour - One of many great boat tours we did with family and friends through Viator and Vallarta Adventures. We look forward to entertaining our visitors in this exciting and adventurous way and have never been disappointed. Service is always great, food and drinks are worth the price but most of all, the staff is always a pleasure and fun to be around. This was the first with a Lip sync show of about 7 full length song and it was very entertaining making the tour that much more fun. The bonus was the many whales we saw along the way. 27 Dec 2024

I'd do it again. - Pretty fun the experience, we didn't snorkel because it gave us cuckoo but the sighting of birds, whales and the BBQ on the beach was great

Can't miss Vallarta experience - Highly recommeded, the lads do a great job switching from life guards, to bartenders, tour gides, and ultimately pyt on a cry laugh cabaret show after lunch on the beach. Be sure to sneak the chacalaca's some rice from the buffet for added entertainment.

Cruise Experience - If you like a cruise ship experience, this is for you! Lots of hype, the crew doing lip syncing, minimal time actually snorkeling or doing water stuff. When we stopped for lunch there were only two paddle boards and two kayaks for hundreds of people. Plenty of drinks and food.

Super unorganized mess - I let myself sleep on it before writing a review to be fair. I just want to start though by saying Luis (aka SexyMexy) and his crew tried the whole trip to make it as fun and as enjoyable as they possibly could. They were extremely entertaining and funny, quick to help, and were empathetic towards our woes. Their effort is the only reason why it’s 3 stars and not less. Obviously a boat tour can be affected by weather so I will not count any weather related stuff against them but it should be mentioned that it is extremely hard to walk on that boat when the water is choppy. Alright the bad: the meeting point only said to go to Puerto mágico, however it’s a big place and it just seemed really unclear as to where exactly we should go.like we had to go all the way left to pay the port fees and then we had to go All the way right where the port entrance actually is? Once we finally figured that out, we were told that our boat trip doesn’t actually start until 8 but they’d call us to go through security at 7:50, so we waited an hour at Puerto Mágico. I came early so it was actually longer than that. Which is really annoying because we could’ve had breakfast and then gone to this trip. After we went though security they lined us up outside (there were many other groups, about 8 lines). And there were absolutely no tour boats in sight. It took another 30 minutes before one even showed up… and it was for the group that was told their tour started at 8:30. Despite being the first group lined up, we were one of the lasts to have our boat arrive, and it did so at around 8;45. And we waited that entire 45 minutes standing outside, so for any people with disabilities, elderly beware. on the boat, they had benches along the sides, but they also had these plastic chairs that were lined up in the middle. Because of the weather, one lady literally fell over in one of those plastic chairs due to a large wave, and she just remained seated on the ground till we made it to our destination. I knew those chairs looked sketchy so I’m glad I had a bench. I understand the bathrooms in the boats are going to be small, but the stalls in Puerto Mágico and at the buffet we went to were hard to get in and out of, even for relatively skinny people. Speaking of the buffet, where do I start. Because of the weather we had to do a 10 minute hike uphill and then downhill, and almost all of us were in sandals and flip flops. It wasn’t really bad for me, but other people struggled, and it just was another negative on this trip. the line waiting for the food was long and the worse part… they ran out of food before everyone got fed. Many people had no breakfast before coming, and not having lunch either…I felt really bad for those who waited that whole time and had to sadly walk away with nothing after so long. Luis did make things right and brought a bunch of to-go boxes of the food as we were boarding back on the boat for those who missed out or wanted more. Oh ya and the snorkeling… the weather wasn’t great so there was no visibility which was t their fault… but they only allegedly have one size life vest which was too small for my boyfriend and even when I tightened it was too big for me. So the entire time I was in the water I felt like I was fighting for my life to stay above and I had to do everything to not panic. I was a better person before jumping into that water. Even for my boyfriend who is a strong swimmer, he even struggled in the choppy water and the current was trying to take us away. We all looked like people who survived the titanic trying to climb back on the boat when it was time because we were all so done with it. The boat tour didn’t end until like 4, which I guess made up for all the time taken from the beginning when we were waiting, but I’m really glad I didn’t reserve an Uber which I had originally planned on doing. I didn’t have any plans for after, but for those who do this could be an issue. Ok positive lol: We got to see a bunch of whales throughout our tour. The boat is too loud to get really close but we still did got a good look at a few of them. The booby birds were also super entertaining to watch. As the boat is moving it causes the fish in front of the boat to move to the side, and the birds would dive into the water and feast the whole time. Super fun to watch. They gave out tons of free alcohol, which we definitely needed for this trip. The food was pretty good. Apparently the to-go boxes tasted even better so that’s good for those who missed out. They played some decent music… though I do wish they played less American stuff and more Spanish music. And as I said above, Luis and his crew were fun and tried their absolute best to still make the experience special. It wasn’t their fault and they said sorry to all of us as we were leaving. There just wasn’t much they could do to fix all of those hiccups. If the weather was better I bet it would’ve been a much more enjoyable trip, so that’s why it is still getting 3/5 which I think is pretty generous because most people left unhappy.

Bad booze cruise. - Horrible waste of time & money. This "adventure" should be sold as a booze cruise with club like LOUD music blasting through the entire boat ride. They oversold and the boat was too crowded. Snorkeling time was about 30 minutes at a location that had little marine life. Just rocks and sand and a few fish. You spend half your time just avoiding other people in the water. At the beginning they sold the ideal of seeing rays, turtles and other wildlife. What a crock! The kayaking and paddle boarding is limited to a few people who wanted to bother. This was by far the worst "adventure" I have been on. -- Have your crew focus on making the experience of snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding more fun and worthwhile. Other than captain Juan all the other guys were busy working up tips, playing it up for the "stupid americans".
