ATV tour - Tour consists of a short ride to a water cave, which is very cool but a little tricky to get in and out of. Then to a demo of some local coffee and cocoa, then a longer ride to a beach where the water was beautiful. Our guide Kinzon was great and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

This was really fun - The tour was great. I especially loved the ATV. We got muddy and we loved every min of it. I advised persons to take glasses and something to cover your hair especially the females.

Yeah…it’s that dope - This is my second review. Yes…it was that dope! I fell in love with Kingston, the amazing tour guide. He made sure the group was together and safe. He has this Dave Chapelle way of telling you something serious, but making you laugh in the process. Lol. Please get the Photo package they offer! Well worth it. I didn’t get the photographer’s name, but the pictures were absolutely amazing. I didn’t realize how many candid photos he got until the end. One of my favorite experiences! Thanks, Kingston and crew!

Good trip but bring lots of $$$$ - We went with a group of 6, I thought I booked side by side (buggies) but ended up getting ATV’s, and there was no upgrading, as they had no more. The ATV’s are the way to go, higher up, and better control. We did appreciate the honesty of our guide Francisco telling us about the ‘vendors’ who are way over ambitious, but I wish I knew to bring more $$$. The photo guys are great at what they do, but it’s expensive. You can negotiate a little with them. Overall a fun trip, teenagers loved it. Only negative thing I would say, is you do a lot of driving on actual streets, which we were not expecting.

We'd recommend it, but a few things could be changed - Overall, we had a great experience. Our guide, Felix was great and provided a lot of energy. We loved the pool in the cave and Macao Beach (which was incredibly gorgeous), and the ride to and from those places. A few things that would have made it a better experience: - Everything felt constantly rushed. Which didn't allow for a full engagement for instance at the cave or really any context for what it was and what we were doing there. It's just a 'hurry up and get down there...now quickly jump in and get out" - The coffee/chocolate demonstration really is just a sales pitch. It felt totally unnecessary and without it we could have had more time at the cave and the beach - We felt overly pressured in a few ways. First to provide positive feedback here (we waited until we returned to write a review rather than in the moment while we're being pressured to give 5 stars), but then also to buy our photos. The price they originally asked us to pay for our photos was 3x what we have paid for photos from similar excursions in the US. After leaving, they chased us down several times trying to convince us to purchase. Overall a great experience though and would recommend doing it.

Fine Tour, Horrible transportation/transfer - I’ve listed all the things I love and hate from this experience. 1. The tour operator changed our schedule on the very same day of our reservation. We booked a 9am tour, but was told that they will pick us up at 10:15am instead. 2. The description said that the tour includes hotel pick up, but Karina sent as a meeting location instead. We had to take an Uber going to the pick up point. 3. The transportation was horrible! The driver (Jonathan) did not communicate well with the passengers. We had to go back to a certain hotel more than once and had to make a few manuevers to pick up other travelers. 4. We had fun on the excursion itself except for some misleading facts. The cave was very small with a lot of people swimming and was very dark inside. The ATVs do need a lot of maintenance and checking. Our ATV stalled out more than 4x and was really a hassle because of the people waiting behind. The tour guide reminded to always try to stick together but the broken ATVs made it impossible to do so. 5. Before heading back to the hotel, we asked the driver if he can drop us back to our hotel instead of the pick up location. He agreed and said okay. However, he stopped on our pick up location which was not our hotel and just signalled us to get out of the truck without saying anything.
