Honey Moon couple experience! - The environment is super relax! All the staff is very friendly and attentive to us! The snorkeling was fenomenal, the sharks and raus were AMAZING!! And the visit to the private beach was very fun. The whole experience was unforgettable! Would definitely do it again! Derly was an amazing tour guide

Snorkelling - Trip was amazing, Charlie and the crew were absolutely fantastic! Would recommend! Saw lots of fish, sharks and sting ray!

Fun experience - We initially booked the snorkeling and shark experience, but due to not enough people, we were transferred to the catamaran and snorkeling with many more folks that came up to be fun, actually. The only thing that should be improved, in my opinion, is the duration of the snorkeling, 30-40minutes were not enough for me.

Vaping was a detractor from the experience. - We did enjoy being out for an excursion but my kids were really bothered by the crew (and some passengers) vaping. We understand that pot is legal and appreciated that the captain called a few people out (including one of the crew) and told them they couldn't do it on the boat. The crew should be focused on safety for the passengers! It was interesting to see the sharks and sting ray but the conditions they are held in are small and a little sad. The snorkeling was only mediocre. Also didn't like it that one of the crew went around to each passenger to get them to give him a 5 star review on TripAdvisor. Felt like coercion.

Not quite as expected - The boat crew were very pleasant. We were given the choice of going out in a very small glass bottomed boat with no toilet facilities or joining another group on a catamaran so chose the latter. Snorkelling was fun with safety taken seriously, and the natural pool was lovely. However I was naive in booking the shark & ray encounter as I didn’t realise they would be captive animals which were kept in a corrall a little smaller than a tennis court. Once the staff started manhandling the ray to give the participants a “massage” for the benefit of an extremely irritating on-board photographer we bailed out. The ray had had it’s tail docked and I cannot comment on the state of the nurse sharks. I fully understand that people need to make a living but please not by enslaving & abusing sentient animals.

I was expecting more - We did about 30-min snorkling, and off we went to the party place (natural pool). If you want party and drinking, I guess this would be ok. But my family wanted more relaxing, snorkling vs. what they offer. Not recommend for family, but if you want party, this is it!!!

A wasted half day - There were no masks or social distancing. They canceled the glass bottom boat - we were supposed to get an email the day before with a pickup time. We did not. We contacted them, WhatsApp telephone number +1-829-520-1415, since they never did as stated - and told us this was the same/similar type of tour. There were people, including staff, getting drunk and stoned on the boat, and no masks, and smoking on the bus back to the hotel; the driver never said anything to them.  Please do not waste your time. You will be sorry and, like us, hoping we do not get ill and half a day of vacation gone. The tour operator gave us a full refund and asked us to please not post anything. This will be listed on all social media platforms to make everyone aware.

unprofessional - we was told the excursion was cancelled but i kept getting all the information like it was still booked even this review. my card was charge & the tour guide did not respond to any of my messages . they are very unprofessional

unprofessional - they waited until the day before my vacation to say they couldnt do the excursion... we really wanted to do this activity so i looked for other sites and i see the same business is offering this but doesnt want to fufill it for my trip. at first it was they didnt have the glass boat then it was they dont wana do the tour in the afternoon. even after i told them to cancel it they still sent information about confirming my excursion and my card was charged. i kept texting and all they tried to do is give me a different excursion & inconvient my vacation rather than not charging my card. it really ruined my plans because its hard to find last minute activities. ive texted time & time again n still no response. i would advice ppl to not to go thru with this excursion because its a lot of unprofessionalism .

Booze Cruise - We thought that this would be a great experience with our grandchildren. WRONG! It is a booze cruise and should be advertised as such. We did not see anything out of the glass bottom. We snorkled for about 30 minutes and did see some stingrays and a few sharks lying on the bottom. They would not let me take a picture of my grandaughter with the stingray and when I went to pay for one it was not there! Then the music blasted and the drinks began flowing. My grandson has an ear problem and was in tears. The natural pool was murky and filled with other boats not quite what we expected. On the way home in the bus several passangers were so drunk and obnoxious that when they insisted that the driver dstop for a bathroom break a fellow passenger offered him 100 dollars to leave them behind. The crew was good and if you want a booze cruise you would like it. This is the first really negative review that I have written on Trip adviser and I have written many. Just advertize it for what it is!
