Chichen Itza Charming!!! - Our current vacation has been full of adventure and experiences. We arrived in Cancun one day before the hurricane's impact but didn't know about it, so we booked this tour. Fortunately, we departed one day before. The weather was OK. Thumbs up to all the staff. They are well organized. Our time in Cancun was not just about fun, but also about learning. Luis, our friendly guide, made sure we had a great time while also enriching our knowledge. Chichen Itza is a place out of this world, the guide's explanation helped a lot. Xcajum Cenote is fantastic, and we liked the zipline. Beverages, food and drinks included made of this trip an ideal option to choose from.

Sunshine and Cool Stories! - What a ride! The whole day was packed with fun and great eats. Our guide David was a walking encyclopedia and kept things lively. Even with the heat, Chichen Itza felt like a real adventure. Chilling on the bus between stops was sweet break and David's tales about Mayan culture were absolutely fascinating.

Mayan wonder and tasty tamale! - What a fantastic tour! Huge thanks to our guide, Miguel (We loved him!), who made the whole trip fun and full of valuable historic information. He kept us laughing while sharing tons of interesting facts about the Mayan culture. The Pyramids in Chichen Itza were impressive and the Cenote in Xcajum was fantastic. Plus, the chicken "tamale" we had for lunch were delicious, and having drinks included was a great touch. The guide host was our waiter and kept us well served. Adults and kids had the best tour we've ever taken.

Cultural experience. - 1. Valladolid and pueblo maya was spectacular. I enjoy the chamal rituals. 2. The cenote was interesting until is time to eat. Their buffet was very chaotic. Customers was so desperate to get some food that at some point i decided to stop doing the line and eat some water melons. 3. Chichen Itza was above my speciations. We even had time to go to the Las monjas piramide.

Great Adventure in Chichen Itza with the family! - Touring Chichen Itza, the cenote and Valladolid with Tourballoon Travel was a fantastic experience for my family and me! We were picked up from our hotel in the Riviera Maya at around 8 a.m. in a clean, air-conditioned bus and returned before 8 p.m. Our bus driver, ensured a smooth and safe journey to each destination. Our guide Miguel, was engaging and humorous, sharing fascinating insights about each stop, Mayan history and culture. The tour group was small, with less than 50 people, making it easy to follow along and enjoy. We got a clear overview of the itinerary, drive times and how long we would stay at each stop, which was very helpful. We highly recommend this agency and can't wait to explore more of their tours next time we're in the area. Thank you for making this a highlight of our visit to Mexico!

Chichen Itza from Cancun, smooth and spectacular! - We had an awesome experience! Our tour guide Lilly was super knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The ride was smooth and enjoyable and I really appreciate them using the new toll road to get us there faster. I didn't realize how far we were going, but they planned it perfectly, so the ride back wasn't too long. We got some fantastic pictures, and the tour was offered in both, English and Spanish. We returned right on time, and they even reminded us about the time difference when crossing between states. The cenote was absolutely beautiful. It was great to live the experience of Chichen Itza with Tourballoon Travel!

Discovering Cancun's Best! - My wife and I had and amazing time! Our primary guide, Carlos, was super informative and entertained us throughout the journey. Chichen Itza was incredible, and we loved every moment. After the pyramid tour, we visited the Cenote, which was also a fantastic experience. The town of Valladolid was charming, and the sport where we dropped off was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this for anyone wanting to experience the local culture and have a memorable adventure.

Plan B worked - The guide at chicken it’s was amazing. We walked to locations, then he taught. Our bus attendants spoke very little English. They were warm and helpful. The bathroom stop required 5 paso’s to use, the fact needed was not disclosed prior to boarding. However, one of the bus tour guides has paso’s for you to use. The pickup point was challenging. All in all a memorable experience. I would enquire if the bus attendants spoke English first, before book this tour.

Read the itinerary!! - First time visiting Mexico, I figured this would be a great option to see a few things in one shot. The guys were very nice no complaints with that. I definitely didn’t think it was worth $600 dollars for my family of 4. We chose the deluxe package bc it said “no hidden fees” I knew we would have to pay for the life jackets ( $4 per person) no biggie. I didn’t come prepared with too much cash since it was “all inclusive” enough for a few extras and to tip the guide (which I always do) Our trip started with the visit to Valladolid, very pretty and David the guide was very informative. We then visited the Mayan Village (a small scale of it) when you arrive they take a picture of you that later will be printed and put on a bottle to sell you (20+ dollars) the ritual was nice to watch but then the souvenir was an annoying amount of hounding. The sell person was breathing down our neck to buy something and everything was overpriced. If you are like me! You will buy something bc you feel guilty not to SO yes! I bought from the shop and the bottle smh there goes another 70 dollars. Of course the guide says you don’t have to buy from them but they also tell you why you should buy. Then the Cenote, it’s beautiful! Wish we had more time to spend there. By the time you change and get down there you get maybe 20min to swim. You rush back to the “unlimited buffet” and the food wasn’t that great. Lastly we visited Chichen Itza- also beautiful David gave us a lot of information. It was a very long tiring day and the driver dropped us off outside the resort (not where we were picked up) that was annoying bc we had to follow the cars to go ask the guard to let us back in the resort. All in all for me personally the deluxe package was not worth it we’re not drinkers so we only asked for water and the lunch wasn’t great and the little lunch bags were not consumed. So read and make sure this is the right package for you! Yet I still tipped bc that’s just how I am! Not bc we were told why we should tip them.

Upsetting - I enjoy the tour but I have a few complaints. First of all I booked my tour with an English speaker and they spoke Spanish 90 percent of the time. They also stopped using the microphone when it was drop off time. I didn’t hear the tour guide say our stop. So I missed it . They handed me bus money and told me to take bus back to our hotel. I find that unacceptable . I paid for pick up and drop off at my hotel. I felt unsafe where they had us get out. We ended up taking a taxi back that cost us 500 pesos.
