Oliver was excellent! - Oliver was the best guide ever. Explained how northern lights occur in a was that was understandable. Was vigilant about keeping our group in optimum environment to be able to see sky and he knew almost ahead of time when to look in what direction to be ready to see lights and be able to take photos. Excellent trip!

Tour delivers as promised - This tour delivered as promised, picking us up at our hotel on a nice coach bus and driving out to a remote location to see the northern lights. Unfortunately, the location chosen, while remote, still had some bright light from a visitor center. The pros included real bathrooms nearby, though, which were very appreciated. It was a beautiful experience! The drive back was just as easy, and we were brought right back to just outside our hotel's doors in Reykjavik.

Lovely Aurora <3 - It is important to bring a cell phone with an excellent camera to capture the colors and lights of the aurora boreal. My phone didn't work, but the Travel Guide was super helpful and took pictures for me on her phone.

An unforgettable excursion! / An unforgettable excursion! - A one-of-a-kind experience, we were lucky enough to be able to see the magnificent Northern Lights during this excursion! But even if that hadn't been the case, the guide we had as well as the driver were passionate about the subject and we had a lot of explanations on the subject! Bring VERY warm clothing and a suitable camera! A one-of-a-kind experience, we were lucky enough to be able to see the magnificent Northern Lights during this excursion! Disappointed but understandable - Unfortunately we were not able to see the northern lights directly but our camera phones did catch some activity. I would recommend this tour even though it did not turn out the way I expected.

Wasn’t our night, light not vivid - The tour and guide were great. The lack of very colourful lights was disappointing but did get some great shots. Our guide took us to different places to see them and we stayed out till 2 pm. The guide did all he could to give us the best chance of seeing the lights.

Racist tour guide - Went on the tour on Tuesday 23rd April and saw the Aurora. It was amazing and something I'd always wanted to see. So satisfied that I finally managed to. However, I wasn't satisfied by a racist comment by the tour guide who was called the Icelandic equivalent of Oliver. He started talking about immigrants coming to Iceland in a very derogatory way. Not a good look for Grey Line or Iceland. The tour guide also went into a very thorough explanation of what caused the aurora, which I'm sure went over the heads of everyone on the bus, unless they were astrophysicists!

Disappointing - Just clarify that the trip we did with this company, the Guide was more than regular, they replied that it was not them and that I delete my comment, but before I delete the comment they have to educate their guides for knowing how to be even if we do not know English we have paid the same as other passengers.

not upto the mark. - the northern light experience was not upto the mark. we could not view it in really well. that day it was way too cold and no one says where exactly to go. they ll just let you go somewhere in the park or jungle. near a toilet you have to stand in too much cold.
