Acquire the skills to mold ‘sfoglia’ (fresh pasta) manually and discover how to create 2 unique varieties of pasta (stuffed pasta + fresh pasta) from the beginning with your Cesarina.
For the perfect finishing touch, you will also be taught to create the iconic Tiramisu.

  • Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Best Part of Rimini! - My husband, son and I had an amazing time with Patrizia, her husband and son learning to cook pasta and tiramisu! They welcomed us into their home like family. So much fun trading translations on google translate! This was definitely the highlight of our trip to Italy!

Fantastic - I had a wonderful day as Patrizia and her family graciously welcomed me into their home and she taught me skills that will stay with me and my family for a lifetime. I would highly recommend this experience and I will most probably do this again in another city learning more delicious dishes.

For the love of Pasta - an outstanding experience! - My wife and I enjoyed an absolutely fantastic evening with Patrizia and her lovely husband and son, while learning how to make the best Tiramisu on earth and cooking two absolutely delicious Pasta dishes! It's the first time ever that we made our own Pasta and Patrizia was such an expert at showing us how to do everything with ease - though non of the steps are difficult, it is so much nicer to do them together and have someone show you how it's done correctly. This was an evening to remember! I can highly recommend Patrizia's cooking experiences to anyone - and if you are joining her at a time of good weather, you will even be able to enjoy eating outside in her amazing garden :) Thanks again, Patrizia, for the great time we had with you and your family!

Fabulous! - Just amazing! Patrizia and Luca we’re both amazing. With three young children, we made a wonderful tiramisu and two different pastas. We then had the most wonderful lunch in Patrizia’s beautiful garden. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Tiramisu and Pasta Heaven - We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone passing through Rimini. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu in someone’s home is an experience you will hold forever. Our host made the best Ragu I have ever had, cannot recommend enough of this!
