Fun for the whole family and we learned so much about Italy's rich culture and history - We did many tours with Rome private excursions. All we had to do was tell them what days we would be in which Italian cities, and they planned our whole trip for us. The drivers were always on time and super friendly. The tour guides had an immense amount of historical and cultural knowledge. There is so much we would not have seen or learned if we didn't do the tours. I highly recommend them.

A great experience! - This tour was perfect! We covered lots of ground with our driver, who was friendly, knowledgeable and skilled at navigating the crazy streets of Rome. Our Vatican tour with a guide was well worth it- the Vatican museum is so enormous and there are so many amazing artifacts that it really helped to have someone take us through. We would definitely work with them again if we are lucky enough to find ourselves back in Rome someday!

Dream Trip of a Lifetime in Italy! - My family went to Rome for a cruise, but did land tours the three days before and day after the cruise. My parents are elderly and have mobility issues. The drivers and guides all kept this in mind and moderated their pace to accommodate my parents. All the drivers and guides were kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and prompt. We were never left wondering where our ride was, nor did we feel we missed out on any important points of interest. For the two Italy ports of call during our cruise, we used Rome Private Excursions instead of the cruise line excursions and were so happy we did! During this vacation we toured all around Rome, Siena, San Gimignano, Tuscany, Naples, Pisa, Florence, Positano, Sorrento, Calcata, and Orvieto. What a dream trip that we will never forget! Excellent guide and tour of Rome and the Vatican city - Massimo was exceptional. We appreciated his efforts to tailor the tour to our interests. He’s extremely knowledgeable and gave us tips on other places to take in on our visit. Our guide at Vatican City was also quite good. She was able to maneuver us through so as to not spend a lot of time waiting in line.

Shore excursion Rome excellent. - We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Antonio was a great tour guide and is very proud of his city. He told us numerous relevant stories.
