Excellent - Our guide Rosala was great! We feel lucky that she is actually an art historian. She is knowledgeable and funny. She is so kind in helping an elderly couple who actually should have their own group of the similar physical challenge. She went above and beyond in Helping them to get around without irritating the rest of the guests.

100% worth it! We were... - 100% worth it! We were on the fence about using a tour guide, and we were so happy we did. We got to cut the lines, and learned so much about everything we were seeing. Highly recommend!

Beauty and history - Elizabeth was a wonderful guide and so knowledgeable about the Vatican. All of the artwork is amazing to see and Elizabeth provided so much history. We were fortunate to be able to enter St. Peter's Basilica and that was so beautiful.

Great experience, communication excellent and easy to locate - Rosella was a great guide who made sure our group stayed together and nobody was left behind. Super cool that all the long lines were bypassed. It was very crowded but Rosella knew how to get us through the masses and it’s worth every cent to get the “skip the lines” tour.

Great tour of Vatican City! Book it! - Great tour of Vatican city! We were running late and really appreciate Viator being patient with us and connecting us with rest of our tour. The tour guide was a little dry with guests, didn't seem the friendliest and did not seem to want to help me when I told her my headset was not working, she just looked at me and provided no assistance however when another guest mentioned his was not working, she reached in her bag and pulled out two new headsets. The other guest was nice enough to say mine was not working as well and only then did she give new headset so I can hear tour before that she did not help me. Other than that it was a great tour depending on tour guide you get and I highly recommend booking this tour!

My birthday in the Vatican City 🇻🇦 - There were clear instructions on our meeting place. Our tour guide Anna was great. She was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone kept together. We got to see many of the sculptures and art woks, but we were taken through quite quickly as did everyone in the museums. There was more time in the Sistine Chapel, then free time in the Basilica which we were able to skip the line. It was crowded but not overwhelming and you were able to take plenty of photos. All in all we had a lovely day.

Not what I expected… - My partner and I were visiting Rome for the first time and were so excited to go on this tour, however we were quite let down. We only saw a small part of the vatican museum that was on the way to the Sistine Chapel. Our guide then explained that once we exit the Sistine Chapel we can’t go back into the museum at all, which we didn’t know and were quite disappointed about. We were only in the Sistine Chapel for a few minutes before we were told to move on by security. We then headed in front of St Peter’s Basilica where our guide explained some more then after her explanation she said ciao and walked off. The total “tour” went for about 2.5 hours - there is no where that says the end time so it would be good to advertise this as well so we can plan the rest of our day. Don’t get me wrong the guide told some interesting facts and the places were beautiful, I was just expecting more considering the amount of money we paid for the tour.

DISAPPOINTED !!!! - We are really disappointed with Tripadvisor customer care, we paid $300 for VIP tour that we were late only few minutes to the meeting point because our uber driver got into a traffic altercation with another driver, we called the tour guide and explained our situation and begged them to just wait few minutes, we got there and called the tour guide again like 10 times with no answer. We then emailed Viator and explained our case and asked for a refund which was rejected few days later without a further explanation! We will be filing a complaint to the BBB and will not give up our refund.
