In addition to the Apple Strudel, participants can try their hand at one of Salzburg’s most famous and spectacular desserts - the Salzburger Nockerl, or depending on the program, create their own fluffy Salzburg pretzel. The program also includes a traditional goulash soup for lunch, served before enjoying your baked creations (vegetarian/vegan lunch options are also available).

Apple Strudel! ❤️ - Very informative and fun! The instructor explained everything very well and we had a lot of fun making the desserts together. Food was delicious.

Incredible experience - This is one of our highlights during our Vienna and Salzburg trip. The class was incredible and so much fun! It was a nice way to learn something hands on and enjoy a bit of indoors time during the winter. Our kids, 10 and 8, also really enjoyed it.

Fun day at the Edelweiss Cooking School! - We had a great time at the Edelweiss Cooking School! It was well-organized, fun, and a great learning experience. Everyone's strudel came out beautifully! A great experience in Salzburg, especially on a rain y day. One suggestion - mark the entrance more clearly so it can be easily located.

Great Experience - The cooking class was fun and a break from the December weather. The pastry chef was an excellent teacher and was very entertaining! Lunch was excellent and we purchased wine to compliment our meal. The people in the class also made the afternoon a pleasure! I would highly recommend taking time out from sightseeing and enjoying an afternoon at Eidelweisss cooking school.

Amazing cooking class and experience - I traveled with the Craftour company to Edelweiss cooking school. It was a fabulous experience and the head chef was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I plan to make all of the recipes in the cookbook I bought. The strudel was delicious and the goulash was to die for. We'll worth the trip to experience this. As a bonus a lovely music school student performed for us. Thank you for an amazing day. ~Susan

Learn how to make your own strudel - Our instructor was very good at instructing us. It was a fun class with only 8 peeps and no kids. Our strudel was really good and we had a nice lunch as well.

Wonderful baking experience in Salzburg! - We loved our class -- so fun to bake traditional apple strudel and nockerl with excellent teachers. The goulash lunch was delicious as well. Highly recommend this experience!
