A Journey Through Time: Discovering Muang Boran

As I stepped into the vast expanse of Muang Boran, also known as the Ancient City, I was immediately struck by the sheer scale and ambition of this open-air museum. Covering an impressive 240 acres, Muang Boran is a testament to Thailand’s rich cultural heritage, offering a unique opportunity to explore the country’s history in a single location. The tram, driven by a knowledgeable staff member, took us through four key sites, each representing a different era in Thai history.
