ATV, Ziplining, Horseback Riding, Cenote Cave - Was awesome excursion. Love it. We did alot in 4-5 hrs. Will do it again. Had a great time and all the guys kept us safe

AWESOME!! - The zip lines and ATVs were really fun! The Cenote was scary at first glance but I had a blast once I got in the water! The camera men took AMAZING pictures and even some videos! It was definitely one of my favorite excursions!!

Amazing Experience! - Everything was straight forward and their prices are affordable! The people working at the park made the experience comfortable and one to remember. All 3 activities included in the day! The cenote was a bit more scarier from the height some people were jumping at. Even a life guard who swims for a living had a bit of fear. But overall would highly recommend!

Transportation left us stranded - Here to share my experience with this excursion. Pick up and transportation to the destination was smooth and on time. From the hotel zone area the ride was about 45 minutes given the fact that we had to make multiple stops to pick everyone up from their hotel. After about 15 minutes of riding the atv that I had after running into a thick tree branch, it kept turning off on me completely, it was at least six times. The guy that was in my group helped me more than the tour guides. I’ve done atv excursions before so I knew what to expect, but I must say that the road that they had us go on was EXTREMELY rocky. I’ve never done an excursion with an atv that had roads that rocky. Zip lining, a cenote, and lunch is included in your admission, and I like that they give you the option of if you would like to upgrade your admission and add horse back riding. Lockers are mandatory and $7 extra even if you have a small mini bag that can be attached to you and taken along, they tell you that you have to buy a locker because you can’t take your phones or stuff with you due to “safety purposes” but that’s really just so you won’t take pics with your own phone while on the excursions because they have a photographer that takes pics of you, which they make sure takes the pics the entire time, even to the point where we are doing extra loops around the road to get a pic, which they try to upsell you with at the end. The MAIN thing that I had an issue with was the transportation back to our hotel. The group before us LEFT before us in which we had to wait TWO HOURS after the excursions were done to be taken back to our hotels. We were tired, hot, and ready to go. Every time we asked if the driver was coming back we were told 15 minutes every single time. We were supposed to leave at 1:00pm and didn’t leave auntie around 3:00pm. I would of gave them a better rating, had the transportation and atv accommodations been better.

Everything was great! The... - Everything was great! The only downside to it was the horse back ride was extremely boring and THEY walk the horses but other than that we loved our time here

It was Cool - Viator charged me an extra $30 after I booked but couldn’t tell me what the charge was for. The service in the jungle is non existent and we were there for a long time and the bugs were crazy. You ‘re charged for everything, drinks, lockers, etc.

The business was not bad... - The business was not bad it was VIATOR where I had the worst experience. Everything that was advertised was misleading from Viator. When you find a deal call the company FIRST

Gabriel is very disrespectful - Disrespectful staff, Gabriel, who wants to be a cool big boy, who also lacks character and respect. Should be fired!!!
