Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign displaying the name on your reservation.

We will always strive to meet you at your arrival time.

Since we have no control over flight arrivals (whether delayed or early), if this happens to your flight or the flight before yours, you can expect a delay of no more than 30 minutes. Our office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver’s status. You will receive your driver’s name and phone number one day before your reservation in case you need it.

This is a one-way service. For a round-trip, please book the same product twice and specify the pick-up and drop-off locations.

To provide you with the best service, please provide a valid phone number upon your arrival so that we can send the pickup confirmation and the driver can contact you for your meet & greet on the day of your arrival.

For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meeting location is at the Baggage Claim area.

PICKUP and DROP-OFF available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports, and any specified location in the selected municipality. Please make sure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking.
