PERFECT! - Great communication! Gerardo, Jems and Rodolfo were knowledgeable, kind and made our trip memorable! Picked us up from our hotel in a very comfortable and clean van. The tour was personable and felt more like a family friend who majored in History was guiding us :) THANK YOU and will definitely be using them for our next trip to Mexico!

Estigo Tours-- Teotihuacan - The tour was fantastic. Great service, responsiveness, and guiding. Guide spoke great English and attained a degree in History and was super knowledgeable and accommodating. I would def recommend Estigo Tours

Mexico City tours - We went on three tours. One to the pyramids, one to the anthropology museum and one to Chapultepec and art fair. Gonzalo at the office organized incredibly well in that we needed kosher food and had a 3 generation group. Nothing was too difficult for him even though I can be a demanding client. We were lucky enough to have Gerardo as our guide all three days and he was as good as any guide I have ever seen. He was patient with a diverse group and answered rapid fir questions with polish and accuracy. We also changed things on the fly flawlessly and his counsel was spot on. Incidentally Estigo’s prices were a fraction of others but that only mattered if their service was great. It was. I could not have been more pleased and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Amazing Multiple Day Mexico City Tours - August 2024. My sister and I booked multiple Mexico City day tours with Gonzalo through Estigo Tours. Gonzalo was very professional and maintained constant communication with me throughout our entire trip.
We had multiple private tours booked including: Xochimilco and Coyoacan, a private sunrise hot air balloon ride over the Teotihuacan pyramids, followed by a private tour of the pyramid complex. Our final day was a day tour to Cholula and Puebla. We were lucky enough to have Frank as both our tour guide and driver all week! He was fantastic! He’s been a guide for 20 years, so he was a wealth of information. My sister has some mobility issues and Frank was patient and helpful, especially in getting her as close to the attractions as possible. He gave us lots of time to shop and look around. Not to mention that he was a great sport about playing photographer!
Our experience with Estigo Tours was incredible from beginning to end! 10/10 would highly recommend.

Repeat Viator Customers - We had an incredible experience with Viator during our trip to Mexico City. Our two guides (Jaime for Xochimilco/Coyoacan/ Frida Khalo museum and Frank for Teotihuacan/Basilica) were absolutely amazing! They were exceptionally patient with my elderly mother, who walked slowly, and my husband, who had to deal with the revenge of Montezuma and needed some urgent bathroom breaks.
Both guides were knowledgeable and provided fantastic explanations about the rich history and culture of Mexico. Their English was clear and easy to understand, making the tours even more educational and enjoyable. Additionally, their driving was safe and their answers to our questions were thorough and engaging.
We couldn't have asked for a better tour experience. Highly recommend both tours and tour guides for anyone visiting CDMX!

Wonderful experience - These folks are amazing. Our guide was named Steph. We did three full days with her, including the Temple Mayor and Centro Historico, Teotihuacán, the Frida Kahlo house, and Xochimilco. She was knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful with our 8 yo son. Gonzalo in their main office was super helpful in arranging everything and provided a lot of other useful advice about Mexico City apart from our tour. I’d recommend Estigo in a heartbeat for any type of group. I was particularly grateful to be seeing Teotihuacán with Steph, who had extensive knowledge of the site and its connections to other Mesoamerican civilizations. By special request they were also able to tack on a visit to a nearby donkey sanctuary (Burrolandia) that was a huge hit with our son.

Great tour and great day in Teotihuacan - Our guide Ernesto was incredible, he explained a lot about the history of the area and the pyramids, in a way that was simple even for the two kids in our group.
It was an amazing day full of archeological information and interesting trekking. We ended our trip with a lunch in the Cave restuarant nearby which was another experience in itself!
