Second Cooking Lesson
Maria’s Cookery Course - Second Cooking Lesson and a Wine Tasting Experience in a Local Cellar.
10:30 am: Hands-on Cooking Lesson
Today you will learn to prepare another traditional Italian menu featuring Tortelli, Tagliatelle, and dessert. Lunch at the villa with wine.
After lunch, we will visit the nearby wine region of Venetian hills called “Colli Euganei,” a volcanic wine-growing area known for producing excellent wines such as Prosecco, Cabernet, and Merlot. We will return by 6:00 pm.

Third Cooking Lesson
Maria’s Cookery Course - Third hands-on cooking lesson. Today you will focus on risotto all’italiana. Our region is renowned for the rice grown in the Po Delta. For dessert, you can try making a delicious Tiramisù, another local specialty. Finally, we will sit down and enjoy the meal together.
Afternoon free time to relax after a busy morning in the kitchen. You can ask our staff to arrange an excursion to the beautiful Po Delta natural park.

Fourth Cooking Lesson
Maria’s Cookery Course - Cooking lesson program. This time, the menu will vary according to the season, with the chef selecting a seasonal menu for the cooking session. The afternoon is free for relaxation after a busy morning in the kitchen. Upon request, our staff can arrange a wine-tasting tour of nearby wineries.
