Relax before the flight - Nice lounge to relax before the flight for priority pass customers. Ambience is good. Colours are pleasing. Seating arrangement is comfortable. Food is tasty and good. Beer is served free. Other drinks can be purchased. Time well spent with family before the flight.

Lounge Plaza Premium T1 Kuala Lampur - The room features good wellness options and good food. The only negative point is the attitude of bar tenders who try to maximize the sales of available alcoholic beverages and who are charged separately.

Not so good - The girl at the reception was not nice at all. I felt like I was disturbing her. Then she said my pass was expired m. I told her it can’t be possible as I bought it 20 mins ago. She tried again and it magically worked. Then for complementary drinks, it’s only beer for alcohol! You’ll be charged for wine. And when I ordered a beer, the guy asked me for my boarding pass, which I still wonder why. No plugs at each tables to charge you phone. I do lounges everywhere, and that is the only one I disliked and regretted to buy a pass there The place is pretty and the food is good. That’s it

Disgusting Premium Lounge at KL Airport - The lounge is spacious, but the cozy areas have been closed off for airline staff or other unspecified reasons. The food quality is extremely poor—bread is not fresh, there’s no butter, and the croissants are stale. The orange juice tastes like sugary vitamin C syrup. The tables are filthy; even after requesting a cleaning, I had to use tissue paper to wipe my seat, and the tissue turned black. There are no fruits or healthy food options, just low-quality items. This lounge is far from a premium experience and feels more like a railway station.

AWFUL. Do not go! - Truely terrible. Dirty - packed and tables not cleaned by the disinterested staff. Food selection was limited and poor quality. Only fish sandwiches ( no alternative - even when a fish allergy was pointed out to staff). Hot food was awful. And unavailable most of the time. Even the bread rolls had nothing ( not even butter) to construct something to eat. We paid 600 MYR (about£100) for a dry bread roll and a glass of water I have complained to the staff here and was treated with indifference and contempt - I would recommend that the people I saw attend some hospitality/ diversity training as they appeared hostile. I have emailed them twice and not had a response. We had to leave and get some food and rest in the main concourse. Of all the longes I have visited - in Europe, u s a , s e Asia and Australasia - this is easily the poorest. Don’t waste your money

Don’t waste your money - Don’t waste your money. We booked the lounge as we had a long layover in KL. the food was adequate at best. The choice was minimal. Only sandwiches available were tuna… no good for someone with allergy. No other choice. The lounge was over booked really busy. The tables were dirty had to clean ourselves. Not enough comfortable chairs or chargers. For the money it cost it would have been cheaper, more comfortable and more food choices to stay in the main terminal. Extremely disappointing

Waste of Money - Don't waste your money. Booked due to a long layover in KL. When we arrived at the airport it was so poorly ran that check-in of our bags took 3-hours, then another 2-hour through security and immigration, then a 30min bus wait / ride before you even GET to the Depatures Lounge where the Premium Lounge is. We then had 20min before having to go to our gate so never got to use it. Asked for a refund due to the failure to use do to the airport's shocking processing speed, and was told no. Honestly, why even have pre-booking set times if you have no ability to guarentee arrive to the Departure Lounge on time. Never been an airport where processing takes so long.

The only great thing is the shower service. - The food was not good. The lounge was extremely cold and the staff was not friendly. The whole experience was not great at all we were so cold we had to go sit in the airport like we didn’t have access to the lounge

Very poor - avoid - Very poor airport lounge. Overcrowded. Food was of poor quality/taste and options. Place was dirty with food on the floors. Had to wait for clean plates to come out. Extremely noisy. No quiet area. Very few comfortable chairs to relax it. It would have been quieter and better value to have stayed in the main concourse areas

Disappointing - Don't waste your money this place is very busy and difficult to find a free table. Food choices very limited, machine coffee awful. Went in and left after waiting for a table and tasting the coffee. The airport cafes and restaurants are far quieter with a good range of food and alot cheaper
