Beautiful tour - Sheki is a beautiful town in Azerbaijan and should not be missed. I loved everything about this small town and views were picturesque. Our tour guide Jamal & his driver were great and Jamal even made sure to help us with ordering the vegetarian food by translating our requirements to hotel staff and recommending few dishes. Overall Sheki tour is something every person visiting Azerbaijan for the first time should have on their itenarary.

Far but worth it - Sheki tour was fun, bear in mind its further away from Gabala about an hour so make sure to keep that in mind. But in all it was fun especially how the windows of the Sheki palace was made and built. It was fun and informative tour.

Great day trip to Sheki - We had a great day trip with Tahir to Sheki with stops at historic mosques along the way. Tahir had an excellent level of English and both him and the driver (apologies, I forget his name) were so friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. It is a long day trip, but the easiest way to see Sheki if you are on a short trip. It was great to see some more of the country besides Baku and its surroundings and we couldn’t have asked for better guides.

Sheki is a magical town , we stayed one day in sheki , wouldn’t mind even spending there few more days as well - When we are planning the trip to Azerbaijan, we have found this tour company , Lamia was such a good organiser easy to communicate with and flexible. our guide was Jamal and he also did a very good job showing us around the places we went and our driver took us to the places safely and he was kind enough to stop at the places we requested, everything went smoothly from beginning to end .

Great private Tour to Sheki and Gabala - My sister and I booked a private tour to Sheki and Gabala with Arranged by Azerbaijan and had an excellent experience! Lamia was super easy to communicate with to arrange our trip. She accommodated our interests and requests and was very transparent in discussing logistics, itinerary, and plans. Our guide Murat Ali was also excellent. He was very knowledgeable and spoke great English. He showed us all the important and interesting sights in Sheiki and Gabala, as well as touristic spots on the way there. The Hahn’s palace in Sheki is beautiful and it is clear why it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We particularly were impressed at how Murat Ali accommodated a last minute request of ours to add a stop at a local winery! Overall we very much enjoyed our trip and would recommend working with Arranged by Azerbaijan for any sightseeing or travel in the country.

Do not miss Sheki! - We had booked a customized weeklong trip with Guided Azerbaijan and planned several excursions with them. We had particularly outstanding service from Lamia in planning our trip and with our driver, Tahir, who was with us the entire time. We visited Sheki as an overnight stay and customized the drive there to include stops at Shamakhi to visit the mosque and for tea and qutab at a traditional roadside restaurant. Sheki is not to be missed when visiting Azerbaijan. It is a charming small city highlighted by the beautify Sheki Khan Palace. We had a very informative and enjoyable tour.

Sheki tour in October - We enjoyed our Sheki tour very much! The only thing I regreted a bit - there would be nice to have more time in that magical town. The trip was perfectly organized. I really enjoyed the communication with the Guided Azerbaijan office! Thank you guys for the flexibility and efforts to address all our requests! Everything went smoothly from the very beginning to the end of the trip.

Nice day trip to Sheki - We had a great time on the tour. Tahir was a great guide who explained everything to us about what we were seeing and answered our questions about Azerbaijan in general. Also just a very easygoing guy. The tour is a long day but it’s nice to see things outside Baku and the sites and local experiences in Sheki are a lot of fun.

Ridiculous 9+ hour drive “tour” - This product or itinerary doesn’t make any sense to start with so can’t really blame the guide/driver for a terrible overall experience. Sheki is a lovely town with interesting history and beautiful historical constructions. Unfortunately the drive from and back to Baku with current road conditions on the same day is a nightmare. It takes more than 4.5 hours one-way so we had a 13-hour day with majority of the time on the road. Other unpleasant minor details including: car with no seat belts in the back seat, reckless driving (almost collided with another car), expensive suggested restaurant for lunch, frequent restroom stops but really smoke breaks for the guide (we took a bathroom break and then went to get gas soon after, why can’t we combine the two? Cuz you can’t smoke), etc. Highly recommend to spend a night in and spend more time in Sheki. Many historical buildings have their own guides and they were all great! Only book this tour if you have a super tight schedule and Sheki is on your bucket list.
